That would only happen if you
A – didn’t take any carbs with the insulin
B – didn’t take enough carbs
Either situation should not happen_________________________________________

Ok thank you, and how long before would you have your meal before taking the insulin. I saw around 10g of carbs for every iu as well
-
I don’t think there is a need to check.
As what are you going to do if it’s not in range ? Wait n wait n do cardio till it drops ?
You take the insulin , you eat/drink the carbs to cover alongside protein.
The insulin should be covered as your adding it to food / cards that are already there.
Make sure fats are low.

I thought it was just to make sure your sugars are high enough so when you take it they don’t drop down to low and then hypo kicks in. Making sure you have timed carbs right etc
Thanks for the quick response mate

Just a heads up, sites down I ordered through the email last week no delivery and no response as of yet. Fairly large order as well
That’s weird because the email I get all my delivery confirmation etc when I order through the website, well I emailed them asking if the site was down and can I order through here. They said yes so I put my order in and I got it delivered in 2 days. Did another order the other day and received it the day after putting the order in

Yes she can add them although coming back of being ill and having no offseason she won’t be in a position to prep and using drugs to improve just isn’t the best idea. Going back to offseason would be better and then competing when she is fully ready

Hmm yeh we both think that her coach is very adamant that she can be ready and most of the problem was conditioning of the glutes and a bit more on the hamstrings. The area which needed building a little bit more was the delts. Her calorie intake was a lot more than prep but wasn’t as clean and high as I would have liked it. But overall you are right and I’d rather her complete an off season first and be 1000% ready. Thanks again
If her coach is adamant she can be ready after no offseason her coach clearly doesn’t give a shit about her best interest. That’s just my opinion, someone can be ready yes but with not a good starting point it won’t be good or healthy

Hmm yeh unfortunately your I think your right there. Ok mate well thanks for the advice again, always a big help hearing your view on things. A lot to think about now
Anytime man, I will always say it how it is. ALWAYS compete to win don’t do it just because someone says you can do it when your in a favourable position and you know improvements have been made. We do this shit to win not take part…. people who just take part won’t ever win.

Appreciate that a lot, some wise words. Yeh she’s in it to win 100% she’s only 21 and the muscle mass she has on her legs and ratios are phenomenal, just needing some tweeks up top. She’s actually really wanting and looking forward to seeing you and meg and hopefully be able to have a chat at body power this year presuming you and the rest of the team are there that is. -

Ask her coach not us buddy. That’s what your paying for.
It certainly is possible.
Is it wise. Likely if she is looking for the win

I tend to find that with cycles of 10-20mg var most find blood work good After 6 weeks of it went bad at all.
I don’t think going from a little var to adding one primo is a good move.
Can I ask what category you compete in.
I would look to run maybe just var the last 8 weeks of show personally
Or 4 on
4 off
6 on

http://www.trainedbyjp-nutrition.com – highest quality supplements on the market.Hello mate, need a bit of advice. So my gf finished her season with her last show being the amateur Olympia back in September I think it was. (Wellness category) she had a bit of a break and then started on a small off season just to bring up some areas that lost her coming 3rd. Unfortunately she had some health problems which made her il for some time. (Nothing cycle related) so the off season wasn’t very productive. Thankfully no muscle was really lost as she still was able to train a bit but apatite wasn’t good and added a bit of body fat but nothing major. She’s all good now but is due to compete at the muscle contest Ireland in April so prep is starting again. anavar is being added at 10mg ed to start and was thinking primo at 40-50mg pw which is a new drug she hasn’t used before.
My question is, is there a chance muscle will still be able to be added to the areas she wanted to bring up on her off season while on prep? Especially when primo is new to her body, her genetics are very good being mixed raced and she’s always grown well when food hasn’t even been that high. Sorry for the long question and thank you for any help you provide
