    My nutrition is pretty consistent, eating 3050cals so lean bulk for me. Although i’m only 17 so i don’t cook all my meals, ( usually dinner ) so macros vary a bit day to day but not that much i still hit them well.

    Sounds good maybe I try it on my 2nd upper day and see or do you recommend swapping it completely ?

    Also training time seems to affect me a lot, I’m still studying and have pretty long days ( 8am – 6pm ) in school and therefore only go to the gym after 8 or 9pm. I have noticed this often affects my training, if i have 2 weeks holidays i’ll make good progress and then when it’s back to school i often lose a fair bit of that progress. I guess it’s logical as on weekends/holidays i train mornings but it’s still quite frustrating. If you have any tips for dealing with this i’m all ears

    i don’t know if it would be better to replace it with 2 sets of flies or just a different pressing movement ? Or otherwise just sticking with it and maybe trying a different rep range

    Yes i run the same Upper session every time and it starts with those 2 sets
