Hello mate, you tell us you are pissed not progressing, but you also say you stay lean cause you don’t get fat easily, but do you watch your nutrition to feed your muscles ? You probably don’t eat enough ?

Npp is more androgenic then deca due to its faster peak and it is also less estrogenic i find its almost like tren lite if you want a funny term for it

I would call this rotation A and have a rotation B that you’ll run for the next cycle. Just get the movements to mirror each other . That way you can keep progressing the movements for a long while . So perhaps the uppers could potentially look like this to balance everything assuming you need everything.

I may add im 29 getting abit pissed of with my lack of progress for age due to on and off life style with it this time I want to lock in and grow!! I always stay lean as i just dont get fat easily but im small im 5ft5 and 75kg fasted around 14%fat atm

For me testosterone at even 150mg a week spread out into 3 jabs causes major cystic acne to the point I think I’m just allergic to testosterone as even natty test levels caused me issues. Dbol doesn’t even cause me acne yet test does so from a digestive health skin health hair health but still get big and strong as I can standpoint nandrolone solo so far has been the only thing to fit that for me personally 😊

Nothing and i mean nothing will sort this bud you just have to ride it out once it hits u are fucked only thing I could suggest to lessen the burden is cut carbs and just go carnivor as its effect on inflammation does help skin ghkcu and bpc 157 and tb500 will also aid this but you’ll break out about 50ish times before they start to calm down that could mean 6months to a year before settling x

Kuba i mean no disrespect but it does not aromatise loads on its own as seen in studies although meany of the studies did utilise a much lower dose then we would use trestolonedoes not aromatise “loads” its conversion is into 7-alpha-methylesteodial which is equivalent potent but in the small amount its produced in there was a pull out on the studies due to bone mineral issues due to the massive imbalance between its androgenic and estrogenic nature it is how ever such a potent progestogenic signalling hormone that it is said to be as potent as synthetic progesterone itself!! Much like nandrolone gets the blame for its androgenicand estrogenic issues at times i think ment used alone with no testosterone wouldn’t be as “estrogenic” nandrolone ive used aloneand estrogen is in low normal everytime yet even a tad of testin the mix im a water balloonand estrogenis high yet test alone at the same dose no issues. There is a negative synergyat play here and im after any reports of those that have used this compound solo as for me test is a pile of useless wank.

Could not disagree more I’m on 5k a day atm and 60mg dbol only test is shit so never use it only injectable I’ll touch is npp ran solo that’s great but dbol is easily my favourite feel fucking great on it and full strong and still lean asf maybe the 600mg of tudca with it is why im ok i dunno

Hi mate can I offer some personal advice here I’ve suffered this injury in my lower back about 3 times now the last time sent me to the floor immediately it was absolutely horrible.
Now at this point it was obvious that not only did I need to get well as fast as possible but also figure out why I kept throwing it out. For me deadlifts just ain’t happening my torso is long and my legs and arms are short so throwing that out and swapping for rdls and rdls on belt sqaut machine works great. Hip mobility drills and loosening hamstrings strengthening core and the most miraculous one of all REVERSE HYPER EXTENSIONS!!
It fixed my disc in weeks and I was slowly starting to progress from there just take them slow to begin with and listen to your body bud. On top of this tons of sleep hgh ghk-cu and vitamin c can help a ton got to think copper and vit c massive for collegen and the fibrous disc tissues is made of collegen.
