Mate seriously if you are acne prone stop using testosterone please listen to this as crazy as it sounds but trust me no one is as prone to acne as me so listen up…..
Test converts to dht via 5 a reductase enzyme that is going to produce lots of sebum in the skin of those prone to acne that sebum will feed the bacteria that causes this acne then boom you have a flare up anything added into this mix is just gonna be putting petrol on the fire.
Take a break get your skin right fix your gut as that’s where this bacterial shit all starts then when the flare ups gone and you are in a much better place with your skin base your future cycles on nandrolone only or nandrolone base NO TESTOSTERONE!!!! Belive me even me I did not get a single spot doing this cycle even threw a tad bit of dbol in and I was good.
Acne prone guys should not use test IMO.

Bagels are gluten and so is most pasta bud so that’s a no straight away I should have been abit more specific on mentioning that of dairy also.
So what do you think more meals less per portion? I’ve been told to add in betinine hcl

Looks exactly as follows
Meal 1 2 large chickenlegs skin eaten 700g white potato with a small amount of veg
Meal 2 500g sweet potatoe 100g broccoli 150g chicken breast olive 2 table spoons olive oil on veg
Meal 3 300g white rice 300g homecooked chilli carniI make this in big batch to last all week so it can cover 1 of the meals a day very caloric I cook with organicingredientsand lots of olive oil
Meal 4 500g white potato fillet steak or chicken breast and fried tomatos
Inbweet this if I can I’ll eat anything i want basicallythis does hit digestionabit I’ve since started working withba guy called taeian Clark to help with digestion ect thankypuball for the advice given.

I’ve had clients with similar metabolisms. I would recommend pushing to 5k cals. I’ve had people as high as 6 to 7 depending on body type

Good to hear you’re enjoying strength training.
Your basic approach will work for the time being so why not get everything out of it you can. Is it the optimum and efficient way to build strength, no but more kilos on the bar is always a good way to go.
There are plenty of powerlifting programmes available online both free and for a fee which could be an option for you.
First and foremost ensure you are lifting with sound form and minimising the risk of injury. From there any programme will bring success if you apply yourself and keep shooting for progression. Once progress stagnates then switch up the rep scheme. In your case either drop to sets of 3 and lift more weight or (the option I would choose) drop the weight and build back up on sets of 6 or 8 before returning to the sets of 5.
No set rules with strength training and I’m glad you are exploring things for yourself.
Once again never sacrifice form for extra kilos on the bar!

Yeah amazing what abit of common sense does I’ve always thought to myself the guys who spend hours in the mirror chasing the pump all bang on about not needing compound lifts ect yet dont look like they even fo gym haha the way I pull is like a narrow sumo and for me that is the best position for me to pull after trying conventional and sumo

I mean I know fuck all about gear really the only advice that saved me from previous acne issues was teaian Clark telling me about deca solo and that did work well for me but been 2 years since I just find it more entertaining then anything.

Its is proven in multiple studies regardless if you feel it or not that gluten causes some level of inflammation/irritation to the gut mining cut it out theres no need to eat it at all same with dairy.

I’m not sure why your struggling bud lower calories and walk more steady state cardio like walking is best as aggressive forms can tend to set you up for a catabolic state 12-15000 steps a day plus eat in a deficit I did this last year and I think I’m set for life now as the day for me even in times of mmbinge eating never went back on…….. I’ve even tried getting fat again and it wont go back on I’m not sure why but when you do get there “took me 3 months to get from 25% to 9% just keep eating clean dont eat shit I’m hovering around 12_15% atm eating absolutely loads trying to bulk.
