Yeah that’s fair enough I’ve never really enjoyed taking gear the only cycle I did which I noticed hardly any sides from was npp at 400mg a week and dbol 20mg a day but I’ve researched the fuck out of it all and imo theres no safe way to do any of it it’s just sone ways are less risky then others in the case of lowering the dose that would be an example but ive always enjoyed the research side of it

Jack , I think we have established that after lots of people dying , it isn’t about nandrolone only or test only etc etc , it’s about using MUCH less for a much shorter period of time . So I’m not adverse to nandrolone only at 600mg if that’s the absolute peak of what you need because you don’t feel good on test , which was the reason I liked it originally , but the focus here is Oscar is an ifbb pro and his max offseason dose will be 700mg . If your not an ifbb pro, you don’t need as much as that …….

Deca and test arnt made to be used together deca is for the androgenic sensitive in my opinion shit drug when mixed with test decent on its own less side like gyno and acne

19 nors are so fucking weird on paper they don’t cause gyno but they seem to for meany npp has flared me before so has dbol but test never bothered my nips I would stay away from 19 nors bud then consider getting the glands out like I have just had done.

I will do my gyno was so so mild I just did it as the slight puff of my nipple just annoyed me after finding a cycle that caused bo acne issues I was not gonna let this get in the way so of they fucked right nip is bruised atm deffo not healing as fast as the right still mild tho and it is getting better
