Split the jabs keep levels more consistent say Monday Wednesday Friday the more stable the test levels are the more stable estrogen and dht will be also it will make a difference have an ai on hand incase and if a lump forms or a pre existing one flares up then run 10mg novaldex everyday until it stops dont just jump straight onto estro control tho until you need to.
Try 300mg split like I said and see how you get on bro.

I would split it Monday Wednesday and Friday for absolute garenteed stable levels of not only testosterone but estrodial and dht too the more stable the test is the more stable these will be.
At the absolute minimum twice per week.

I’ve just had the surgery done 3 days ago full gland removed both sides now recovering wesring the vest paid 3k for mine thought I’d update.

In the uk mate its being done at signature clinic Birmingham
If he removes the gland which any surgeon should then it won’t come back. Usually they have a contract and most say they will correct any work if it’s not done properly. What country are you in

Ok so Monday we train chest shoulders tris
Tuesday back traps and bis
Wednesday off
Thursday legs
Friday chest shoulders and tris
Then the following Monday we will go onto back bis and traps so that week pull day gets done twice if that makes sense and we will just continue doing that.

Yes mate I’ve told them I want thw whole thing out both sides and they said thats what they do anyway I spoke to a guy who had his done there and has blasted multiple compounds since and had no issues im booked for this 10th March

I’m booked in at signature clinic 10th of March in Birmingham look into them bro mines very mild so the cost is 3k all in and done under local karidis clinic in London work looks amazing aswell but they quoted me almost 8k!!! And was done under general. Sorry I can’t exactly tell you how they are as I’ve not had it yet but worth a mention.

Dbol was okey for me test is a no no

Best cycle I ever did was npp 400mg a week and dbol 40mg a day I blew up stayed Leanish and beat of all my skin stayed acne free which I always struggle with if your running 800mg plus of nandrolone I don’t think you’ll need to add dbol at all maybe you could skip that part.
