I have hurt most things at points and I don’t stay off anything ever , I work around with whatever I can do that avoids pain
So it’s as simple as that, if it causes any kind of even low level pain sensation , don’t do it
Whatever doesn’t hurt , do more of it
That is literally it
I tore my adductor but could still leg extend and hip thrust so did 6 sets of each , couldn’t do anything else as it hurt , so just did what didn’t hurt
