My body certainly doesn’t like this heat, holding onto water loads. At least I know this for when I go to America. On 7 litres of water yesterday and today and try and carry this on throughout this weather.
Shredabull has been taken out to see if that reduces the water retention. Apart from that back to checking in every day to see if anything is changing.
In a better mood today, it’s been leg day and I do enjoy it even though it’s the hardest. Was definitely harder in this heat. Had squats today haven’t done them in about two weeks since my deload and how my train plan has fallen, but felt like my form was loads better and felt fresh doing them. Log book attached below.
Had clients this morning and a class to teach tonight going to try blag a massage of my partner when we finish work as our legs are so tight.

Not the best day today but I suppose you can’t have good days everyday! Checked in this morning and was 1lbs up which annoyed me as I’ve been 100% on prep since I’ve started in March and never had an increase since.
Been very very busy at work lately, which is not a bad thing just having to do a lot of diet plans after work which is meaning I’m staying up till 12pm and waking up at 7am to start work. So I need to get my routine a lot better before hard prep starts.
Haven’t booked Florida yet has the foreign office are saying that travel insurance won’t be valid so until that changes I can’t book, as if I have a epileptic seizure I’m well and truly screwed.
So I’m looking at the positives, it’s leg day tomorrow, get the keys to my new business on Tuesday and my new puppy by the end of the week!
Always look on the bright side ????

Decided on a show so going to be the WOS IFBB PRO Bikini show in Florida, just waiting on my friends details so we can book it for September so it’s a definite!
So very excited and can’t wait to compete in America as I say I’ve always wanted to go to see what it’s like to honoured that I have a chance to do it this year with everything going on.
Been super busy today with meetings at work, gone to look at some new equipment for my new business hopefully starting in August which is a HIIT and Cycle studio with personal training involved as well. So everything is happening this year.
Trained Push today, really struggled not had much energy today but also trained later on in the day which is always hard for me. As I train better mid morning. Still went up on a few exercises training log attached.
Checked in this morning, no changes needed for the minute but checking in tomorrow so we will see. Rest of today I’m teaching a online class and relaxing with my feet up in sun by looks of the weather!

So undecided on which show to do first, I know decisions decisions… So it’s either New York Pro in 5th September or Wings Of Strength Florida.
Think I’d prefer Florida as I’ve always wanted to go there plus it will be warm. Going to look at prices and see which ones come up best.
Been Pull day today, session went well actually had quite a bit of energy today to be able to go up on my weights. Be good to see when prep officially restarts as I’m still on my diet break which I’m not complaining about but I love to have a goal in mind!
Check in day tomorrow, so see if I have dropped. Been really busy today at work with clients and diet plans to write out tonight if I get chance. Food shop first ????

Checked in this morning everything is on schedule, been looking at shows today and going to see if I can do the New York Pro in 11 weeks time!
Hoping that the restrictions lift a little bit so I am able to fly without quarantine. But not sure how long that will be. Fingers crossed ????????
It’s been rest day today, and because it was Fathers Day we’ve been visiting family all day. Just got back to do some work for clients, I have a few diet plans to write so need to get them done tonight.
Apart from that I haven’t done much today but it’s back to work and training tomorrow ????

I have a stationary bike and I also do have a stepper which is my favourite, basically turned my spare room into the cardio room. Best thing I ever did as I was getting another gym membership just do to cardio close to home in a morning. So definitely suggest getting something so it’s easier and quicker so you’ll have more time in the day.

First Leg day since the De-load, such a good session but it was hard going and felt sick all the way through. Which at least I know I was training hard enough. Most of my weights have gone up especially the compound exercise (training log at the bottom)
Not checked in today gone back to every other day, so checking in tomorrow. Worked this morning getting busier with clients and online coaching. Have a lot of training and diet plans to write out today so that’s what I’ll be doing for the rest of the day.
Also booked in with Jay (magic eye media) to do some photos and videos at our work next week so excited to do that and get something documented for this prep as I feel because of lockdown I haven’t been keeping up to date as much as I would normally.

After my food has been upped for 2 days, I checked in this morning I’m back up to 9 stone 1.
Very happy with the progress that I am making, I am able to lift heavier when training, I’m not tried at all apart from at the end of the day as you should be.Even though I have a busy day with clients all day I am still able to concentrate on them which I’m so glad about and glad I have the energy to do this.
As I have said before I’m not sure when shows will be or how long this diet break will be but I’m excited to see the changes that I am making and happy with everything.Wasn’t too well today, luckily it was rest day think I have mild food poisoning probably is it to myself as I am a horrible cook. So has a few clients this morning till around 1ish then had to come home to bed. Apart from that I’m well and ready for leg day tomorrow.

Checked in this morning after my food got upped for a day yesterday, and lost 0.5 pound so Kuba has me on the same amount of food today. Obviously my body can eat now!

Rest day tomorrow which is needed as after the deload then training these past two days I’m aching loads, but in a good way.

First day back training after 3 days of which was well needed! Checked In this morning after having extra food and up a pound to 9 stone. Extra food has been added in today.

Training today went really well, although I’ve had time of and usually need to go lighter I was able to up my weight on everything so my body feels rested.Had clients all day, so been really busy. Don’t know how I fitted everything in before. Checking in again tomorrow so we will see what happened with this food.

Last De-load day ????
I have missed training for 3 days but I know that it is necessary to rest your body so you can push on harder.
Checked in this morning, down a pound to 8 stone 13 so I have had some extra food added today:

Totally agree with Clare, only eat foods that agree with you and that are easy to digest. As long as it matching what your macros and needs are then toast is going to be ok.

De-load day 2, been such a busy day at work today. Worked from 8am till 7pm with back to back clients all day everyone’s wanting to get back in shape after lockdown.
Tried to rest as much as possible but been on my feet most of the day. Going to try and relax tonight and get a bath to rest up. Got one more day on the rest, which isn’t as busy but in driving around tomorrow and have to teach a class in the evening so going to try and rest as much as possible.
Checked in this morning Kuba is happy with the progress and the rest no weight change. Checking in again tomorrow so we will see.

Rest and De-load for 3 days from today, checked in this morning down another pound to 9 stone. Nothing has changed just on rest day food for 3 days and let my body rest and recover.
I know this is an important part of the process but I love training so much so it’s hard for me to relax. Luckily today is a Sunday so I don’t have to work, so made sure that I put on a good film and had my feet up all day. Which for me was really hard going!
Next two days I have work, which I am on my feet a lot so I’m going to try as much as I can to sit down between clients. I’ve booked myself in for a massage in the middle of the day tomorrow so that should slow me down a bit.
Let’s see what rest does.
