Deload starts tomorrow, today was the last training session for 3 days. I can really tell that I need a couple of days of, my body feels tired and aching everywhere. So I really need to try as much as I can to sit down and relax, let me body recover.
Checked in today, down 1lbs for yesterday. Feel like my photos are getting better everyday. So see what my body is like after a bit of rest. Trained Push a few weights have managed to go up but really struggled with energy to push.
Not much to do today as I’m not working so going to get a massage and try and relax for the rest of the day as from Monday I have a busy week again being back at work.
Not sure what shows to do this year just waiting to see where I can fly to, but can’t wait to know as I’m missing the stage.

In offseason I stick to a strict plan, so I have my 6 meals a day and don’t go off plan at all. But once a week I will swap my meal 6 for a off plan meal on a leg day. (If I feel the need to) as sometimes I’m getting that much food and not craving anything so I don’t feel like I need to go offplan

Up 2lbs from the re-feed last night, really enjoyed the burgers but made sure that today I made the most out of my Pull session today, all of the weights have gone up ???? so feed was definitely needed.
Checked in this morning we’ve decided on a deload for 3 days from Sunday till Tuesday to let my body rest so that we can keep pushing on seen as though the August show that I was meant to be doing has now been postponed. But that won’t stop me as I will definitely be stepping on stage at some point this year!
Just means a longer time on the diet break which I don’t mind at all as I feel like I’m on offseason food anyways. Energy isn’t low but I do feel like I need a couple of days off as I’ve been pushing for a long time.
Check in is now back to daily so we will see what happens in the next few days. Few clients today and tonight which keeps my occupied as I can’t sit still for long.

I’d keep it away from a weight training session ideally. I would try and do it fasted in a morning if possible or late evening if you can’t to do on a morning

Re-feed tonight!!! Checked in this morning and my body is loving all of this food and dropped weight again. Down to 8 stone 13. So good tonight has consistent of:
2 burgers with buns
Cheese
Bacon
200g McCain ChipsVery happy that I had two burgers rather than loads of chips and they digest better for me personally and so much nicer!
Checking in again tomorrow to assess the situation again so we will see tomorrow.Been running around like a headless chicken today, had clients this morning then went for a walk to try and get some steps in. Then had clients in Leeds in the afternoon, loving being back at work but forgotten how busy I get. But normal is amazing at the moment ????

Been back at work since Monday and completely missed the atmosphere of training and seeing my clients. They all have been keeping up to it so pleased with all of them. Worked all morning so trying to get back to a different routine as not everyone is fully back because of the social distancing and difference households etc. So working in the morning and still have virtual clients in the evenings.
Leg day today, was tuff some of my rep ranges has changed so my compound exercises are now 2 Sets or 10-12 and 12-15 which is loads better as I means I can focus on my form and building up my weights. Enjoyed the session today felt every exercise and weight have gone up which is always a bonus.
Not much left to do today, all my steps are done so sit down and have a bath later after my virtual clients are done. Check in day tomorrow.

I have used a fit bit for years and I swear by them I absolutely love it. They record heart rate, sleep, activity levels and how many calories you burn throughout the day.

Checked in today, down 1lb so now 9 stone 1.6 feeling really good and sleeping like a baby at the moment. Training is going well weights haven’t been going up as much but managing to get the reps better.
Rest day today, so busy day back at work had clients all morning along with business meetings. Then had a client in Leeds at her house which I always love doing. Just got back relax for a bit then I am teaching a full body session on Zoom. Which is really full tonight with 20 people on the class.
Feedback from check in is that we keep going in the direction we are (diet break) and checking in every other day. Glad to be back at work but remembering how much I actually did and I can’t believe I used to fit everything in ????

Back to work today really enjoyed it, I have really missed my clients. Felt really weird going back to my studio but was nice to chat to different people today and keep them motivated as it’s hard through messaging to make sure everyone’s staying on track.
Trained Push today which I really enjoyed rep ranges have changed to 2 sets of 10-12 and 12-15 reps. Felt like I could push more and felt them loads more when doing them and I like a bit of a change.
Diet break is going really well, it will be weird now I’m back at work I’ll be a lot busier so good job I’m on a diet break so I have the energy. Check in day tomorrow so we will see if there’s any changes.

Such a good sleep after extra food last night and feel like I have loads of energy today! Only up by 1lbs so ready to keep pushing on with the diet break and see what happens. Back to checking in every other day.
Pull session today went really well had loads of energy so weight went up on most exercise, hip thrusts and back exercises and the reps were a lot better as I had more in me to push.
Not much more to do today, other than relaxing and go for a walk this evening to get the rest of my steps in. Oh and try to figure out how to set up my new laptop… that’s going to be fun ????

Family day today, Grandad hasn’t been very well and has been in hospital he’s finally been sent home so feeling much better today as that has been stressing me out.
Visited everyone today so good job it was a rest day, socially distancing of course. Done a lot of diet plans in the car while my parter has been driving from place to place. So glad there all of my mind, just got a few training plans to write now I’m home.
Checked in again today, Kuba’s happy last meal is changed to:
120g Pasta
125g Mince
30g Cheese
1 bagel
75g SauceSo I can have Pasta Bolognese which is my favourite meal ever!! I think Kuba knows that by now as well ????
Checking in again daily to see how my body responds to the upper food can see changes daily.Training day tomorrow back to Pull session so will have loads more energy in the gym to lift heavier, plus I always sleep much better after more food which is a juicy bonus.

That’s LEG session today really took my soul… I absolutely loved every second, weights went up, my form was a lot better and I felt every movement.
Back is loads better for doing hack squats instead of squats today, but I am going to go back to plan next week, as I have been having massages regularly from my partner (who luckily does sports massage)
And it feels loads better after watching carefully this week.It was also check in today, weight has dropped again even though my calories have been upped. I’m not 8 stone 13lbs.
Kuba added in a Oreo muffin before legs today which is why the session felt better ????
I am checking in tomorrow again to see if there has been any changes. I’ll keep you updated.
Rest of the evening is chilling in front of the TV watching Netflix’s._________________________________________

Rest day, which is always my busiest day as I get everything that I need to done. Had quite a few client start with me and my business has reopened. So busy busy day!
Had PT clients this morning at work so I walked in order to get some steps in. Drove to a clients house this afternoon, then spent the rest of the afternoon doing client plans and check ins.
It’s absolutely wet through outside so I’m so glad that I have done my steps, I’m teaching a virtual class tonight Legs/Bums and Tums so extra exercise as usual! Try and get them to do most of the work and just kill them off.
Think a bath is well deserved tonight so after the class going to relax as it’s check in today let’s see what happens, very tired today but I think its because I’ve been running around like a headless chicken.

Checked in this morning and down 2.5lbs, which I can’t believe as my food is so much higher than before the diet break, but my body is loving burning of the food.
Food has been changed so I will update the diet section for you all to have a look, my favourite meal has been added; Pasta, mince and sauce so I can make Bolognese ????
Trained as well today it was push day, I have been sleeping ok but I am really really tired but just cracking on with everything as I know I have the energy to train harder so I need to get out of the mental block and just power through.
Hopefully opening up for business again next week, so been very busy today trying to organise clients to move from virtual to 1-2-1. Also got quite a few more online clients so got a lot of diet and training plans to write which I do love doing.
