    In my offseason I was on Cereal but found I bloated a lot from the amount so I switched to bagels and JP ISO Whey protein and ice found that loads better I think as long as your hitting your cals needed and macros not all one size fits so find something that works best for you

    Now officially on a diet break, I will put my new diet on the diet section so that you can all have a look. Really excited for this part of the process as I have never done one before so I am excited to see what changes this brings.

    Very happy with my current shape and can’t wait to get on stage this year! Had a refeed last night as well which was the usual burger and chips with muffins.
    Feeling very energetic today and my push session went down really well, all my weights have gone up.

    Cardio and steps have now changed as well;

    12,000 steps without a weight vest
    25 mins cardio fasted
    5 mins cardio pre and post

    Let’s see what happens…

    Down another pound this morning, I feel like a calories burning machine at the moment. Checked in again today, just waiting for feedback but thinking I’ll start the diet break Monday or Sunday as that’s exactly 10 weeks out before show.

    Not too sure what it’s going to consist of as I’ve never been this ready so early so excited for a little change.

    Cardio this morning went surprisingly quickly and quite enjoyed it. Just finished a Pull session. Really pleased with today got a burst of energy from somewhere which really helped me through weight have all gone up ????

    Not much else to do today apart from the rest of my steps and a few client check ins. Definitely getting a bath tonight after my posing practice as it really helped last night.

    Personally I would class light activity not doing over 7,000 steps a day and usually a desk job.
    Moderate over 10,000 steps a day and usually going to the gym about 3 times a week.

    That’s how I usually calculate it with my clients

    Rest day today and I really needed it, Body is tired but I’m keeping pushing as I want to achieve the best this year.

    Did my cardio this morning then had back to back Virtual PT at home and then went to a clients house to do some PT there.
    Just finished of my steps with my vest then managed to get a massage of my partner and now chilling in the bath.

    Checked in again today, weight is down at 9 stone 1 so I know I only have a couple more days before we do this diet break. So keep pushing until then.

    Hopefully 10 weeks out and I’m getting excited now I really do hope shows are on this year! Fingers crossed ????????

    I’m checking in everyday now to keep an eye on progress so that I can take a small diet break before hitting it hard again to go into shows in August , hopefully ????

    Weight stayed the same today, feeling very tired leg session was really hard work, I mentally had to prepare myself today. Weights all stayed the same a few have gone up but made sure that all rep range went up but kept my form.

    Not much else to do today part from the rest of my steps that I will do this evening. Teaching LBT tonight via Zoom for clients but won’t be doing as much so that I keep my energy.

    Rest day tomorrow so try to relax as much as possible.

    Thank you everyone !
    So today I finished my intra drink about 45-50 min before I finish my session and I eat my post workout meal 30 min after the end of the session.
    I felt hungry and not bloated after the training. It’s the first time in 1 year that I can eat without forcing myself.
    So the problem was just the intra that I was drinking too slowly with too much water.

    Such a busy day today, but then again rest days always are for me as I try and fit in everything I need to do.

    Did my 35mins cardio then had clients this morning, did a bit of my weighted walk before I went to Leeds to do a PT session for a client.

    Finally went to Harrogate to visit my Nan and Grandad so happy I was able to see them, just can’t wait to be able to give them a big cuddle when this is all over!

    The rest of the day I’m relaxing on the sofa as I’m absolutely shattered! Did my check in this morning just waiting on a response so will let you know any changes tomorrow ????

    Personally I found that when I was having Cyclic Dextrin and wasn’t finishing the drink at least 40mins before finishing training I wasn’t hungry. I’d either take it out of your intro and see if it makes a difference or try and drink it a good 40mins before you finish training and see if that helps.

    Well getting up early get you to get things done, feel like I’ve been up forever today but got loads done in the house that I needed to before Push session today.

    Session went down well a few rep ranges have changed so the aim is to try and get my shoulders a bigger and fuller so on shoulder exercises I have added in rest pause to see if that helps, still 3 sets of 10-15 but last set as RP.

    I’m teaching my full body class tonight at 6.30pm via Zoom for clients I have 20+ on tonight which is lovely to see that people are still exercising and wanting to keep fit.

    But I cannot wait till gyms are open again…

    Had the best sleep in the world after my off-meal last night. Was in such a food coma but I really needed the food as I feel so much better today.

    It was Pull session today, all weights have gone up which I’m really pleased with. The food definitely helped loads, checked in again this morning going to keep with the same plan for now lose a couple more lbs then take a diet break.

    Not much else to do today but I am going to do some doggy shopping so that I have everything when the little man comes, so excited!!

    Evening walk tonight to get rest of my steps in other than that chill out and try not to burn out all this energy.

    Rest day and check in day, down 2lbs since last check in so now 9 stone 1.8.

    Again Kuba is happy with the progress just want another couple more lbs off before we take a small diet break. Never done a diet break so excited to see what that entails.

    But I have been told to have a off plan meal tonight of:

    X1 Burger
    X1 Bun
    X2 Bacon
    500g fat free chips
    2 muffins

    Very excited to eat this tonight love a good burger. Check in again tomorrow to see the changes. Done all my steps, posing and cardio making sure that I tick every box.

    I have been over to a clients house today to do home personal training which was nice to see someone different other than my other half. Training day tomorrow so hopefully get some good lifts with the extra food.

    Personally I only train core once a week and tend to do stability work rather than crunches etc. I think if your engaging your core when training unless your doing figure or bodybuilding I do t think there’s a high need to train them.

    Mainly a good diet will show the muscles if that’s what your after, if your wanting strength I would say core stability is best

    Trained legs today, it felt so strong to say how tired I am but I made sure that all my weights and rep range went up and really pleased that I achieved it!

    Not go much to do today, did a few client plans this morning and a walk to get a few of my steps in. Going to practice my posing routine later today to make sure that it’s perfect.

    Pleased with the way things are going at the moment check in day tomorrow so see what changes have been made. Just push everyday and make sure it counts.

    Check in this morning, down 1lb but can definitely see changes in my shape. So the plan is to keep things as they are for now, I’m 11 weeks out currently.

    Plan stays the same get lean then diet break and then be ready for August. I have looked at other shows in America as the Chicago show I was meant to do in July has been moved to October so that’s a possibility for this year, but going to see how things go.

    Apart from that it’s been rest day today, seen one of my clients in Leeds to do some home personal training and the general house jobs and food shop which is always the pain with the ques but I’m getting used to it.
