Lying ham curlThe sim wasn’t to kill myself on this session and cause too much inflation as i need my legs fresh for Sunday.
We did some post workout posing after and I’m very happy with the thickness I’ve added to my posterior since my last show. And condition is still there at 8pm in the evening after lots of fluid and most meals.
T minus 3 days out.

There’s been no changes to food, my body is responding really well. No t3 or t4 is being used either as I don’t need it.
Winstrol has been added though at 50mg on training days.

Imo I’ve not noticed huge differences in using mast vs primo. Defo very interchangeable
