    Great leg session yesterday.

    Session was
    Adductor
    Leg extension
    Cybex pivot leg press
    Cybex hack
    Lying ham curl

    The sim wasn’t to kill myself on this session and cause too much inflation as i need my legs fresh for Sunday.

    We did some post workout posing after and I’m very happy with the thickness I’ve added to my posterior since my last show. And condition is still there at 8pm in the evening after lots of fluid and most meals.

    T minus 3 days out.

    The aim will be to peak for the pca London the week after. But I’m still very happy with this look going into the weekend.

    Me and Tom have decided to jump into the pca midlands this weekend.

    We wont run a peak for this just baseline diet and high day the day before, then walk on stage on the Sunday.

    These were shots last night at 9pm with all mead and fluid in plus cardio and steps.

    There’s been no changes to food, my body is responding really well. No t3 or t4 is being used either as I don’t need it.

    Winstrol has been added though at 50mg on training days.

    Can actually see my condition creeping through now fatigue has been dropped the past 2 days.

    Classic is definitely my future after I am done with junior bodybuilding this year.

    With my height I have a great weight cap, even at amateur level I can be 237lbs on stage.

    Had a feed yesterday of an extra 250 carb and today we’re doing the same. The look is way harder and fuller, this gives us good data for peak week.

    It’s coming, no changes to plan since last update.

    I work doors on weekends so body always is a bit inflamed the day after due to being on feet for hours.

    Possible refeed Monday as I have an in person check in with Tom.

    Imo I’ve not noticed huge differences in using mast vs primo. Defo very interchangeable
