Hey guys little update.
Unfortunately I got food poisoning very badly last Friday. A week later and now recovered from it just about. I took 4 days off the gym as couldn’t even eat any proper meals for about 3 days. From here it’s just about getting the fullness back that I lost from not training and eating properly.
A little bump in the road but I’m back in the gym now, eating all my meals so should bounce back within the next week to the previous look.
In for pull today.

I feel like this is the best option as he stated above. And also enables me to get fresh for competing later in the year ?
Took some morning pics and was very happy. Also took some post workout, weight is 242LBS still bud have dropped a little water so the look is much better.

Double whammyThanks mate, I was going to do this but I plan on doing pca british finals, and I want a lengthy cruise before I start that prep. So my plan is stay on for 6 weeks post show, then get a 8 week cruise in and if bloods are g2g then start prep for the last pca qualifier then see how I get on at the British. I feel I can make some very good improvements this way hopefully ??

Just ordered a blood glucose monitor so can track that from Tommorrow. Dropped a fair bit of water just from sticking to baseline diet. I’ll take the weight increase very slow from here. I plan to do pca finals at the end of the year so aim is to stay in decent shape so can just do a 12 week prep for that.

Strength is going up each session and almost at all time strength already. This is probably due to the fact I didn’t really lose any strength in prep. Took some pics this morning and feel very full, up to 242LBS so from here we will take the weight gain slow from here

Had some shit food after the show to get some cravings out the way and now I’m more than ready to get on with growing and making this post show rebound phase as optimal as possible!
