You have built a very good physique. Lots potential
What’s plans next 2 days. Thanks mate appreciate the kind words!
I’ve loaded early in the week so now just doing moderate days, 450 carb going in today, water is down to 6 litres today. Not planning to use any diuretics as don’t think the risk reward is worth it.
If wake is good Tommorrow and drier will probably go in with the same carbs again, then pull water to 4 litres.
Let me know what you think to this plan bud.

We’ve filled up early as I feel it’s the less risky thing to do in peak week. We’re now happy with fullness, so the next process is to dry out which is simple. Trying to gain fullness and dry out at the same time is always a recipe for disaster and didn’t work for me on my last prep, so we threw 700 carb in yesterday. And 500 went in today, depending on the morning look will decide what we do from here. Likely one more day at 500 carb then pulldown slightly.Looking awesome ??
Took some pics in new check in spot after 3 meals and a few litres of water. So excited for peak weak now, adam has put together a plan and it looks solid ?.
Food is at baseline till Tuesday where there is +100 carb, then we load heaviest on Wednesday, if fullness is good we will back off and focus on drying out. This is all subject to change seeing as my body responds.

So this is the strategy we’ll take into peak week. Fill Wednesday, hold and dry out with moderate days Thursday and Friday, then slightly reduce water on the Friday (if needed)Looking great dude, can’t wait to see final product!
Thankyou bud
