This was just before bed after around 550 carb.
Weight was up just two pounds. So to avoid the big drop again, cardio has been pulled down to 30 mins from 40, I really need to hold my leg size now. Steps are 10k, food the same.This is a fantastic look bro – well done – cant wait to see the final package.

Good morning guys
268.7 this morning, this is how my fasted rear lat spread is looking.
I always held most BF in the back but regardless at this weight I feel like this is sensible condition and true look fasted first thing. I have never seen any detail in my hamstring up until probably 10 weeks out so this for offseason is pretty cool especially 7/8 lbs heavier than I have ever been.
Post workout it always looks a little tidier, but it isn’t a true reflection of condition in my opinion.
Today I was meant to be going to train with @Jordan Peters but I didn’t realise it’s actually a lot further than I expected so today is 100% a no go as I would be totally mashed with Monday’s being one of my busiest days of work.Looking crazy mate! The progress you’ve made since your show is very impressive.

Originally I had planned to do the pca British finals in junior bodybuilding at the end of the year.
Although after this prep being extended and delayed over and over I feel competing once is the best decision for me, mentally and physically.
I’m super happy with how I look coming into this show, but like many of you guys on here. I always want to be better, and realistically muscle mass wise I will be the same at the end of the year to now give or take a few lbs.
So the goal is to hit this show on the 17th April. Then transition into offseason with the goal of competing next year for the junior British title. I would like another 10-15 lbs on my frame next time I compete.

Push is on the cards tonight! Going in with slightly less volume as we are under 2 weeks out now. The goal is to stimulate and get the body fresh now. Although, this doesn’t mean the sets I carry out arnt intense. Intensity always remains!

Dropped a rep here and there but it’s kinda expected now we’re very close to the show. I will be dropping volume slightly in each of the sessions now. We’re almost 2 weeks out and body feels fucked so this is defo necessary. Im not building muscle at this stage it’s just about trying to hold numbers and being able to recover.
Post refeed weight was 229 this morning. Up a few lbs but happy with look this morning, expecting a couple lb drop over night Tommorrow.
I’ve entered the junior class, so I just really hope I’m not the only one in the class and some decent numbers turn up. But with gyms being closed etc it’s unlikely the class is going to be big. But at the end of the day as long as I’m happy with how I look that’s all that matters to me.

Just thought I’d share some progress from my first prep in 2019 to now. I’ve had almost a 2 year offseason in between these preps. Very happy, I’ve achieved exactly what I set out to within this prep, which was to blow last preps look out the water.
Weight diff 205-227. Feel I’m much leaner this time too with more muscle maturity.
