Thanks mate! Yeah it’s only one set on incline as volume has been dropped to help recovery as I’m getting close to the show! -
Would avoid, been reports of it being significantly overdosed.
I’ve tried a quarter of a tab before and had the worst sides.

Also, winny has just been added so this will help with hardness so my guess is 2-3 legit pounds off.

Imo not needed, I’m 6,2 so don’t want to suck down too much. Personally prefer my physique fuller not stringy. Personal preference I guess.

Thanks man! Yeah the flatness was more in my front lat and front double which look crap when flat as I’m tall haha. but I guess the flatness is necessary to some extent at this point. -

Had to take shot after cardio and meal 1 so not as tight as would be fasted (especially in legs)
Things really coming together now. Last couple weeks of pushing then we cruise in within peak week. Doing nothing fancy just making some minor adjustments.
Push tonight
Main movements are incline smith and hammer strength shoulder press.
