    Do you think mast would be beneficial? Not sure on oxy due to the appetite issues. Inclined towards anavar or tbol though for last 4 weeks

    Any cycle will maximise strength. Maybe could add in nandrolone?

    I found dbol sent strength through the roof but with many side effects and lots of potential liver toxicity

    Full Rundown of what’s going on

    I have decided to go self coached the whole way into my show. I feel I am capable of doing my own thing and I have enough people around me to bounce ideas off. Just need to focus on putting the hard graft in. For now it’s time to finish off the off season right!

    Gear:

    Cruise ends in 2 weeks time. From there I will be running the following for 16 weeks

    500mg test e

    250mg deca

    Dbol 30mg ED (Last 6 weeks IF NEEDED)

    1mg adex e3d

    300mg vit b6 everyday

    Diet:

  • No update for a while so here goes.

    I’m sitting around the 198lb mark now. Managed to push up to 205lbs but started getting some serious digestion problems and performance was only getting worse in the gym. So I’ve decided to mini cut for 4-6 weeks, purely to get appetite back.

    I finished my last cycle a couple of weeks back. Which was 250mg test e and 250mg deca. Feel like I responded nicely to deca with few side effects, so defiantly a compound for the future. I’ve now been cruising for 2 weeks which is my preferred method between cycles.

    Progress is still incredible, having noticed any performance drop despite a HUGE decrease in food and drugs.

    Plan to have one last big push before prep starts in May.

    Hey mate, which it’s your current training meal by meal diet and current Health/ digestion supps?

    I’ll do a meal by meal soon, but can vary day to day. Health supplements just SupportMax pretty much and no digestion supplements at all.

  • Been a while since I’ve done an update so full rundown on what’s going on

    I’m 6 weeks into second cycle which is
    250mg Test e
    250mg nandrolone decimate

    Sitting around 200lbs which is an all time high for me. Would like to push this up to around 225-230lbs but depends on the look.

    Protein was reduced to aid digestion. We bought it down to a minimal effective dose for my weight. I have noticed vast improvements to digestion from this.

    Progress in the gym is mad at the moment. Hoping to continue on a good run 🙂

  • How is your calories progressing ? Are you still on same calories /macros on TD and NTD ? Also can you outline your current set up through meals on NTD and TD.
