    You should start noticing effects now. You should gain a considerable amount of fullness and some water weight.

    Peak effects will be around 5-6 weeks and shit will get serious

    I went from 250mg up to 300mg and included 150mg Mast E and have seen some decent results.

    Were you in a gaining phase at the time ?

    Purely as they’ve been neglected and helps me to get warm. Also a little easier to get them short vs doing them at the end.

  • Here we are at 191lbs. Weight back up since illness and strength progressed to all time highest.

    Still going down and digesting easily which is putting me in a great spot.

    Week 13 off the cycle now so bloods will be ran in a few weeks. I plan to increase the dose to 480mg of test e which should warrant another significant amount of gains without pushing too hard.

  • No update for a couple of weeks unfortunately. Been ill and gone through a slight neck injury so a drop down to 187lbs.

    Hopefully things resume this week

  • Hej Jake! How are you felling through NTD on balanced meal approach. I see that you have p/c and healthy fats ?

    Absolutely fine. While I would suggest maybe having a pro/fat meal early in the day I see no issue with mixing throughout the day.

    Seems a lot of people are scared of mixing fats and carbs but I see no issue what so ever

    Was cool to bump into @jordan-peters for the first time too as well as having @joe-ballinger-2 pushing through some evil reps ????

    Seared ham curls

    Working set with Stack + 2.5 x 11
    Back off set with rest pause

    Dorian Deadlifts

    220kg x 6

    180kg x 13

    Pendulum Squat

    4 plates x 6

    3 plates x 11

    Leg extensions

    1×6-10 1×10-15 with rest pause

    Think that’s everything. Low volume, intensity through the roof

    I’m using 250mg of test e per week from imperium. Blood results came back at 94nmol for test, very good lab

  • We’ve decided to run 12.5mg of aromasin e5d for oestrogen and introduce p5p in hopes that the natural supplement will bring down prolactin. Retest for oestrogen and prolactin in a few weeks time
