    Legs 2:
    Adductors: 1×6-10 1×10-15
    Lying ham curl: 1×6-10 1×10-15 + rest pause
    Dorian deadlifts: 210kg x 8 180kg x 11
    Tru-Squat : 5 plates x 6 4 plates x 9
    Leg extensions: 1×6-10 1×10-15 + rest pause, partials and 10 second iso hold
    V-Squat calves: 2×25

    Excited for push on Monday already ????????

  • This weeks update. Things are very very noticeable now. Strength is flying up, even on bad days.

    So far I’m up 0.75” on my arms, 0.5” on calves, 0.75” on quads, and 1.75” on chest! Which is mental for 6 weeks progress in my opinion.

    Weight up to 190.2lbs so food remains the same this week.

    Hormone results will be with me in a few days so will post on here

  • Another pretty amazing week done again!

    No change to weight so carbs upped on training days by 25g to

    60F

    Hormone panel on Thursday to see where things are.

    Very pleased with photos this week 🙂

    Little issue with chest volume, was struggling to progress my chest movements do dropped dips out of both push sessions. Still very easy to overtrain when enhanced.

  • Awesome man! How much test are you running? Planning to stay on for awhile or come off after a cycle?

    Currently only 250mg per week. I plan to up this to 180Test 300NPP after 12-16 weeks on the current dose.

    This will all depend how well I react to current dose 🙂

  • hows the effects and thoughts after making the move to enhanced?

    Essentially not much has changed side effect wise.

    However, performance in the gym is climbing very nicely! I longer longer feel “tired” when I wake up after a hard session which indicates to me recovery is very good.

    I’ve gained 12lbs and feel even leaner than when I started.

    I’m running a full Hormone check on the 9th to see exactly what’s going on

    As I’m showing no sides I am still yet to use an AI or SERM which is funny as people were telling me I’d need to run one at a fairly high dose lol

    Crucifix lateral raises: 1×6-10 1×10-15
    High Incline DB: 44kg x 7 34kg x 13
    Seated lateral raise machine, 1×8-12 1×12-15 + 1 dropset
    Skull crushers: 1×8-12 1×12-15
    Rope tricep pull downs: 2×6-10 1×12-15 + 1 dropset
    Cable bicep curls: 3×12-15 + rest pause

    Amazing session. Things are progressing very easily 🙂

  • Another good week checked off. Weight at 187lbs this week so still on a nice climb alongside strength!

    Not long until my test levels should peak and I will have bloods to follow in a few weeks 🙂

    1 scoop whey isolate

    Meal 2:
    45g HBCD
    26g supplement needs EAA+

    Meal 3:
    120g coco pops
    2 squares bars
    200ml almond milk
    1 scoop whey isolate

    Meal 4:
    150g chicken breast
    100g rice
    100g pear
    Veggies

    Meal 5:
    150g chicken breast
    100g rice
    Veggies

    Meal 6:
    60g ground rice
    30g raisins
    40g nut butter
    1 scoop whey isolate

    It’s a hard one to put your finger on. I definitely also wake up during the night to and have a mid night snack and have done so for years, when I was younger dad Even filmed me sleep walking, Making a bowl of cereal and going back to bed without eating it.
    But certain types of drugs also affect my sleep, how do you find you generally feel when your in bed? Are you able to relax and fall asleep easy enough? Or are you irritable, struggle falling asleep and don’t quite feel like you fall into a deep sleep ?

    Yes I can relax and fall asleep within minutes

    I wake up during the night every night I normally get up and eat something I’ve been doing this since I was 20 when I did my first show and I’m nearly 35 now lol and I didn’t take anything till I was 28-29 so might not be the gear.

    Weird as I’ve literally slept perfectly for ages. Not competed since sep 2017
