  • Good shape. Will definitely be following this log, great to see how your physique changes over time as you get into it.

As above though be good to see how you work your training, especially with the increased volume.

Will make an effort to add some more about training into here. I’ve just added my session from this morning 🙂

  • Today I hit shoulders and arms:
    High Incline DB 42×9 32×12
    Crucifix Cuff Raise 1×6-10 1×10-15
    Hammer Strength Lateral Raise 15kg x 10 12.5kg x 12 with a drop set on last
    Cable Skullcrusher 1×8-12 1 x 12-15
Dual Rope Pushdowns 2×6-10 1×12-15 with droplet last
Cable Bicep Curl 3×12-15 with rest pause on last
Awesome session, still feeling very good on no stims. Rhino pumped I find is the perfect balance of focus, pump, and endurance.
Progress is getting easier and easier, I’ve never pressed anything over 40kg over my head so to hit 42 for 9 I was very happy. I believe 50s are defiantly in there within the next 10 weeks or so!
Hopefully the increased volume on arms pays off ????

  • Another epic week of training ticked off ????????
Feeling amazing after 5 full days off. I truly believe that taking time off is the best way to deload.
Noticing slight changes to my body now, weight has hit 186lbs this morning and is slowly creeping up almost daily! Strength going up on all lifts which is awesome.
I will be on a new split which is as follows:
    PUSH
    PULL
    REST
    SHOULDERS AND ARMS
    LEGS
    REST
Slightly higher volume than previously as recovery benefits should in theory be starting to increase. Sleep is much better after cutting caffeine and really nailing down my pre bed routine.
New health supplements added which are:
    SupportMax
    Glutathione

    Macros also increased to:
    TD
    200P
    550C
    60F

    NTD
    200P
    300C
    100F
Attached are this weeks check in photos and a post workout shot.

  • This weeks check in.

1.5 weeks into anabolics now. Feel slightly different, whether that’s placebo I don’t know. Will run full bloods at 5 weeks to check. Scale weight is going up quickly though however despite being on the same food.

184lbs this morning which is a hefty jump from last weeks 179lbs. Lifts are all up with some nice PRs along the week.

Unfortunately I have built up some fatigue. So 5 days off from the gym from now to ensure I’m feeling fresh when the drugs peak.

Sleep needs some more looking into. Still getting around 9 hours a night but keep waking up throughout the night. I feel like now is a good time to start a stimulant break so no heavy stimulants for 2-3 weeks. I have also been given some Dr Dean sleep stack which I’m going to try.

    Here’s some photos

Firstly you have you got a before pic. It’s unheard of gaining actual 15-20lb muscle in 9 weeks lol.

Secondly it’s your first cycle and you look young. You have made great gains.

Come off , take a break , run pct n learn how to keep that weight you gained.

    Then go again ????

What would you recommend for PCT?

would Dr Deans protocol be the go to or could doses be lower for a first cycle?

    Jake Maddox @jake_phantomphysique

  • Subscribed. In a similar position myself, currently dieting down to a BF to start my first cycle. Looking forward to the updates! Good luck mate

    Awesome ????
Reckon it’s the best way to start nice and lean, and think the biggest decision now is going to be whether to PCT or Cruise at the end of the cycle which I will keep everyone updated on.

Should be good to go mate!

Push food up slowly, e.g. extra 25g carbs daily at a time

    Train hard

    Utilise mini cuts when needed

    PUSH
    PULL
