As above and I cover in the fertility video.

The risk is there from the 1st shot.

Periodic Sperm analysis would be wise

Ok thanks. Have watched the fertility video a couple of times so have considered risk.

Daniel I’ve heard of that a few times tbh! Seems most people are either genetically fertile or infertile after the first shot no matter what the decision to PCT or Cruise is

Improving spermatogensis via those methods is correct

Would you say getting a fertility check and assessing from there once on would be the best option?

Hi man, I’m actually in a similar position to you, it’s more down to preference and money etc. A blast and cruise method can only work if you have planned and budgeted effectively as it’s a long term strategy. A cycle + PCT is/can be a one time strategy so only need to budget and plan for one occasion. Fertility, as long as you are absolutely matriculate with your method should not be affected. (I’m a natural athlete at 20 trying to figure out which is best so take what I say with a grain of salt)

Should be able to budget for blast and cruise considering the price of testosterone not being to high haha. I believe that unless sperm is zero you should always be able to get fertility back with hcg/hmg. @drdeanstmart could you back this up?

Yes I agree, Test e isn’t too expensive, but there are many needs when on blast and cruise. And I think you’re correct, the main worry people have when entering blast and cruise is that they will need TRT for the rest of their lives ????[/quote]

AI like Aromasin if needed and Blood Work really. I am ok with being on TRT as feel like I’d want that later in life anyway.

Would say 4- 10 sets per muscle group each session. Start low and build up see how you recover.

Create 3 or more rotations of upper and lower. That way you can have some chest dominant, some shoulder, etc

Agree with above. I’ve been running:
    PUSH
    PULL
    REST
    LEGS
    REST

Resting both sides of legs really benefits recovery in my opinion.
