    Jordan is very strong and massive, so there’s your powerbuilding sorted!

    Also – I believe Corinne has competing in some powerlifting meets, not sure what her total is though.

    But she’s jacked and strong too – so the methods work

    How long have you been training?
    What are you goals?
    Are you trying to gain mass or strength, or both?

    Light bands, 20-30kg stretched m (if you buy from myprotein then get the red bands)

    Band tension will kick your ass, so start light.
