If you are doing Upper then lower without a rest between then I would do them on a lower day due to how taxing they can be on The posterior chain.

Have you changed anything during your injection protocol?
Changed dosage, frequency of injection, used different compounds, monitored estrogen/DHT/prolactin, generally improved hygiene

Hi Andrew,
I do intramuscular injections 4 times a week spread between deltoids, quads and glutes. Sorry I have never tried sub q injections only with HCG when I used to come off cycle. For quads and glutes I used 23g 1″ needles (blue), for deltoids I used insulin needles as I have been told deloids hold less ml than most muscles approx 0.8-1ml (this might be 1.5ml).
So for 300mg test, 300mg npp per week – 0.3 test per injection and 0.4 npp per injection (these are rough numbers and not my current cycle). I am running TRT at 150mg atm.

Hi mate,
If your test levels are at the high end with 75mg per week then increasing to 250-300mg would be overkill for the amount you can gain from lower cycles. I would recommend slowly increasing to a dosage of 125-200mg range, get a blood test to evaluate the your test amount and how much estrogen it has converted to. If you are having issues with estrogen now, then running an AI would be recommended too.
Personally when I pinned 150mg of test every 3 days, my blood work was at 48nmol.

Hi mate,
Pinning more regularly will result in less aromatisation than one injection in week or even multiple spread out. Personally micro-pinning I find less build up of oil and no need for an AI at lower dosages or TRT.
There are quite a few ways to control back acne, I found my DHT levels were too high therefore, I started to pin more frequent and started finasteride as my hair was thinning too.

Thanks for the reply, the pop was towards the top of the adductor after the first contraction. It was not painful but thought it could lead to an injury, could of been the longus and brevis as it was felt on both sides.
I’ve not done adductors for 3 days yet but not feeling any pain. Is this a common thing an is it likely to lead to something severe?
Before the workout I do cardio for 10 minutes with stretching with front and rear kicks, side to side kicks, one knee stretch on each leg, then on both knees I open my adductors up and lean in to them with slight resistance. Been doing this for about 2 years.

@kevin-horntasch-2 yes mate I did do the iso holds and extreme stretches. So after your 3rd set on the RP take another 15 breaths, same load and hold the load roughly half way, it’s essentially just an incredibly slow negative but fight like hell to keep it held. The stretches are awesome and I noticed the difference in my quads in weeks. And absolutely no isolation work, it’s just fluff, trust me that one set done correctly is enough!
@christy1993 , how did you set up your deloads? Was they structured every 6-12 weeks of training or just when you thought you needed them? Also to do the deload did you just back off from the weight or not go to failure on sets? Thanks for the great information above.
