I’m currently sitting now at 8.6% BF with less than 2 weeks left of this Keto plan.
Will be evaluating where and when to implement carbs over this final period so I can be as effective as possible.
Any suggestions as per amount to begin with infra workout?
I was thinking 30g Intra workout for the first week, up it to 50g Intra workout the second week, then go 30g intra and 30g post workout for the 3rd week?
