Yeah it’ll be all good man, just having a bit of a wobble in my head so took myself off the socials as it was just dragging me down a bit, devil on my shoulder kind of thing , I’m no bodybuilder or even well built but the gyms being closed took that mentall/physical release from life away and I just started spending too much time trawling the socials and beating myself up mentally, no good at all but got my family around me who keep me going ????????Thanks for asking tho bro 🙂

I agree with what you say about the gyms should be able to open with enchanced sanitation rules, the gym I go to had already adopted that before all this occurred, just get the few who spoil it by not following rules

With regards to the pin loaded leg press, it’s the one with a solid foot plate and the seat moves on rails, I suffer with a bad knee since childhood and find the hack squat seems to agitate my knee! The leg press in rotation 2 is a plate loaded machine, seats solid and the movement is the footplate with weights on
As for the Back being towards the latter of each rotation I’ve never really thought of that, was just the way I was seeming to do it but maybe makes sense to have one starting with back, one with chest and the other with legs
Yes it is the seated dip I was referring to 🙂 I should really get the right names
Now you’ve said that about the rep range I shall alter that to suit, as the 5reos does seem to take it out of me
I shall alter rotation 3 to start with back, what other exercises would you recommend to replace the RDL with?
I’m finding the split good and enjoyable it’s a whole new style of training to me in the gym for about 2hours which sounds crazy

Hey Lara i do FBW 3x a week, hard work but that’s what I expected
I will write each rotation up over the weekend and post them all in a new topic

I’ve based it on the JP post on his insta, warm up sets then a all out set where I aim for 5-7 reps then a backpff set where I aim for 12-15 reps
I’ve been doing it for about 6-7 weeks now, I have 3 rotations mon/wed/fri
Feeling bloody good seeing my numbers increase each week wether it be one extra rep or more weight
Started at 74.7kg on the 17th July and I’m currently sitting at 79.4kg, I’ve got a coach doing my nutrition and I’m doing my training myself
Nice set up James, looks like you’ve thought it out. 6-7 weeks is a good point to assess how it is working and from the sounds of it, everything is working very well. Fantastic you’re progressing as that’s the aim of the game. One of the best feelings is 1 extra rep and extra weight, beautiful.
