    I’ve based it on the JP post on his insta, warm up sets then a all out set where I aim for 5-7 reps then a backpff set where I aim for 12-15 reps

    I’ve been doing it for about 6-7 weeks now, I have 3 rotations mon/wed/fri

    Feeling bloody good seeing my numbers increase each week wether it be one extra rep or more weight ????

    Started at 74.7kg on the 17th July and I’m currently sitting at 79.4kg, I’ve got a coach doing my nutrition and I’m doing my training myself 🙂

    Sounds to be a pretty solid full body workout mate! Like it! No direkt shoulder work in it but rest sounds nice to me!

    By “deload”, do you mean a down set or a back off set?

    What’s your rep scheme?

    Hey man 🙂 sorry I meant back off set

    Rep range for the working set is 5-7 reps and backoff set is 12-15

    Cheers for reply Jamie, haaaaa I don’t think there’s enough meat on me yet to be jabbing lats etc ???? I’ve got a target weight I want to hit befor I even think about jumping on the ped ship man, want everything to be in place too

    Who’s good for the blood checks now prior to a course to get levels ?

    Just curios man you know when your blasting I’m guessing all you Lot don’t pin in the glutes? I’m natural at the min but it scares the shit out of me thinking about jabbing my shoulders etc, well not scares me just makes me overthink ????

    Yeah I do a rdl on a Monday rotation and snatch grip on fridays rotation, recently started doing fbw as per Jordan’s IG post, bloody loving it 🙂

    Another successful rest day in the books. Can’t stress the importance of rest when your lifting in this format. I doubt many people can train 3 days in a row unless you have super human recovery.

    That being said me and Kuba agreed yesterday to hit our cruise period 3 weeks early as we both feel like our bodies are at that point where performance and recovery are slightly down. We’re still progressing but it’s more forced than we know it should be. That coupled with lower libido and feeling restless we’re listening to the warning signs that pushing another few weeks would be counter productive!

    So cruise, clear out, blood checks, recharge and one hell of a monster push for 325lb by the end of the year ????????

    Forgive me for being blaise Jamie but what does it mean by cruise ? Drop the gear right down ?
