    Haider, you’re looking super. During this phase pushing up body weight, what have been JP’s approximate calorie increases each time he bumps up food? Tried to compare food updates but it was a little tricky to work out! Thanks man.

    Hey brother. Thank you man.

    So last time the increases he made were 5g oil with my beef meal on rest days, and rice from 55g to 65g also on rest days. So 5g and 10g the same was made in the previous increase too. So that’s only around 130-140 calorie increase at a time.

    I’ve been doing it since JPs Instagram post! I have done it where I made a list of the movements that I get the most from, and then look at where I think I need more work. My back is probably my best body part so I alternate between a thickness and a width movement every other session (low rep) and on high rep days do one each. My chest is my weakness so I do 1 free weight press (db/hs press) and a dip variation or floor press each session. My recovery is good so will keep it like this for now.
    my prs have gone stupid and have put on size quickly. Watch James’s video on mindset too. You need to be in a dark place to smash your set, especially on legs!

    Cheers mate
    I’m starting mine tomo so see how we go ???? you just got the 3 rotations and I want to bring all my body parts up ????

    I wouldn’t start with a bicep curl start with compounds and finish with isolation work, remember what the goal

    Is man goal is to still get stronger in correct manner.

    Send me some pictures of current shape

    @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen hey man 🙂

    I’ve seen JP’s post on his insta, I wouldn’t say I’m a beginner I’ve been training for a bit, just want to strip it all back and start again I put a photo up of the workout I’ve made up with the help of the 2 rotations that Jordan put on his insta, just wondering if it’s along the right lines

    Thanks
