    Hi all sorry to bump a old post but I’m just in the process of setting my own fbw routine up and wondered if you’d be kind enough to cast your eye over it to see if I’m on the right path 🙂 thanks in advance

    I’ve just finished constructing the other 2 workouts for it JP I’ve tagged you in it in the other forum if you have a spare minute to cast your eye over it to see if I’m on the right path 🙂

    Finally got round to constructing a full body split for starting next week, just wondering if you’d cast your eye over it and see if I’m along the right lines with ex selection, I know it’s more to me what will suit but I just wondered if I’m on the right track ???? thankyou

    Thanks JP, currently navigating my way through them 🙂 just can’t quite get my head around setting the full body split up but will have a another look ????

    So with this would you train upper one day …. rest …. lower ….. rest …… arms …… next rotation on the 6th day etc ? So you have 4 different days?

    Or should it be upper 1 rest lower 1 rest upper 2 rest lower 2 rest then start back at upper 1

    Sorry to restart a old post just trying to get my head round it ????

    @jordanpeters hey JP I’m new to the site and I’m after the post about the full body split, to start all over again basically, I train bro split at the min but want to restart and strip it all back
