Not sure if I’ve missed your reasoning on this in previous posts so apologies if I have, but on your training days where your using Anavar pre workout for enhanced strength. Could you explain how that occurs with Var? And with that could the same be said about Anadrol or D-Bol or most orals for that matter?

I’ve asked this question in the supplement thread but thought I should also include it within your own prep if that’s ok? I don’t believe you’ve mentioned any use of magnesium and zinc within your supplementation videos or this journal for that matter?
Is this because you look try and ingest these minerals via whole foods throughout your diet protocol I.e. Fish, NB and greens etc etc? And if that’s the case would you not waste your money in buying these in pill form then if your diet is on point?

Jordan, this is going back quite a bit on the thread but your use of clen, can you explain why you take everything first thing in the morning? I know your an advocate of spreading certain anabolic’s via pre and post etc but what are your thoughts for this protocol?
