Shit mate save your money, very inconsistent due to being a blend. Can have 1ml of it one day feel nothing, the other day feel like you are going into cardiac arrest lol Chucked it in the bin!

So what’s happened weight wise since you implemented the cardio? I would get rid of the refeed as it’s not necessary then see what happens with the weight loss. Also consider utilising carbs around the workout window. On the macros , neat and cardio you have given you should be dropping. If this still doesn’t seem to be working cut the carbs in half for 6 days having a higher day once a week (300g) and cycle them that way…. if you really want to stimulate fat loss

No mate from what I know, to be honest if your pre disposed to hair loss and you’re serious about bodybuilding then it’s inevitable it’s going to go, even with finasteride etc.

No need to drop it down at all, the only thing that will happen is that you will flatten out which you don’t want especially bodybuilding. Ideally if your lean enough ( almost skinless) up the test which gives a great look IMO… bare this in mind if you are still carrying adding test will just make you look soft as hell.

Completely agree mate, if you would have told me 10 years ago that I would look the way I do I would never have started lol. But this sport attracts a sort of person who is willing to step out of the norm every minute of every day and thrive in that situation. I love everything about it and have sacrificed a hell of a lot but it pains me to see some of the shit I see get posted on a regular basis, I’m not sure if it’s the new feature on the app or what but it seems to have intensified ten fold. I’ve just seen a comment there with a lad doing 4iu pharma GH who has a tennis elbow lol. We are at a high level and wouldn’t consider what unless we were preparing for a high level show it’s madness.

I’d go with what Jimmy stays this has to be sustainable and a lifestyle choice not some short term fix. Get MYFitnessPal downloaded and start tracking what you do on a usual day, this will then give you some idea of what your calories are on a typical day. Just get moving to start with and take calories too 3500 on a training day like the lads said , regardless if you drop 8-10 lbs on the first week keep cals the same and just be super consistent.

34 calorie error from my designer on the label , 34 calories is a 10 minute walk , so no one need be to worried about energy balance
