I have mate for years haha .. it’s probably but 50 lbs of tissue over 5 -6 years so it’s def the best method going ! Just shows it’s good to mix it up now and again it’s just a shame no Olympians have ever used it or will even consider the protocol … that’s until you and Jamie get there ????????

Hi guys , yeah I was just seeing if anyone else had changed stimulus with the lack of equipment available.
I agree the lack of stress and the ability to be able to eat exactly on time has helped massively . With having a v stressful job you do not realise how much this can impact you.
I panicked to start with as I thought not squatting 6 plates etc would kill my leg size but it’s the complete opposite. Obviously just been shifting the weight from A to B and using the surrounding muscles and not the ones I have been targeting.
Really appreciate your feedback and hope your all ok !

I checked in with Jordan this am and devised a plan of attack.
New cycle started which is
500 test
750 EQ
750 npp
Stick with current diet and allow cycle to recomp body through pushing the log book up, getting stronger this increasing output/calorie expenditure and increased thermogenesis from cycle.
This anticipating competing around October/November so we have a really nice run in to shows!
4 x top 6’s Qualify for the O JOB DONE hahaHave you seen the update on flights mate ? And the quarantine regulations for other countries especially the US?

Hey everyone, not much to report from yday. Worked most of the day getting meals in. Chilled in the evening enjoyed a bag of Doritos while watching a film. Stomach feels pretty ok today so far just eating breakfast now. Planning tho train an upper body session this afternoon. Works quiet today. Thinking about adding in some cardio from next week to help digestion a little as it seems to have slowed a lot.

Decent back and hams session in the bag. Lifts progressed. I did switch deadlifts out for tbar row though as was going to switch A-Frame deads to conventional dead’s but there aren’t enough plates for the weight needed to challenge me and there doesn’t seem to be a way to add bands either. So to save time messing about I’ve just gone for tbar row. Session went as follows:
– pull ups 1×7-9, 1×11–12 (first set body weight, back off set banded)
– Tbar row 1×9-10, 1×13-15
– Meadows row rest pause 12/8/5
– wide grip cable row 2×10-12
– single leg ext 1×10-12 1×13-15
– DB lying ham curl 2×10-12
– band abductor rp 12/8/5
– Standing calf raises 3×10-12
Will do weight fasted tomorrow morning and see how things are changing. I feel I may drop calories slightly as want to be in as good condition as possible for after lockdown so when I jump back on cycle I can make the most of the time without having to recomp as much._________________________________________

How do people expect to fly with social distancing … this will not get dropped until a vaccine is in place. Even if they do open up flights there will be extremely limited seats at treble the cost ???? -

If you are looking to just block DHT then 5mg is way too high mate . It’s ineffective for DHT purposes after the stated dose above. You can pick up 1mg tabs on any online pharmacy for £12-15 tops for 30 days

Hey guys. 2 days in a row !! Haha. Managing to stay awake. Very good session today. Feeling strong and big. Getting soft but I’m not too fussed. Eating my meals and bits on top. Determined to make this rebound a fruitful one. 2nd delts and triceps session so we mapped out a second rotation.

Hey james. I actually do live with that guy! He’s been staying with us for the last 3 months. He’s a family friend and is a situation that left him homeless. Not that I should have to explain myself but we train in a private facility which we have keys for and don’t always train at the same time but this one time when I was doing my check in video he was over looking it._________________________________________

If you were in Haider’s shoes you would be doing the exact same right now. Dom I’m not saying he is flaunting about ? I asked why he was training with someone else. The difference is with the rest of the athletes is that they have there own gym.The discussion is over , he’s a big lad he doesn’t need someone to echo what’s already been discussed… end of!
