    I wouldn’t want to be too intrusive with this question but I’m curious to know what brand you use of these used products.
    I was also wondering if using medium-long testosterone comes from enanthate or cypio. finally my last question: how often do you do estrogen analyzes during the year?
    I do every 5/6 weeks to monitor both estrogen and prolactin

    Hey buddy I use a brand called keifie mainly. I find it very solid.
    The test at the minute is there 325 blend of testosterones.
    Estrogen wise I go off feel and emotions and taper my aromasin up or down. I’ll try and run minimal to assist lipid profile which would be 12.5 eod.
    Blood test wise I’ll do one every 3-4 months.

    Push was gd, I posed with a pump. I defo have a touch more muscle than the last 285 , im just a touch leaner , so that’s cool! Midsection looked blurgh , as always once I get upto here and cals start picking up.
    I couldn’t lock out on presses , so it just meant continuous tension , but I managed 185x 5 and then 145 x 13 incline barbell
    I am looking at next year’s calendar , I cannot even express my desperation to compete , I haven’t had a successful prep since 2016 . Last year was a cluster fuck of injury and mistakes , this year didn’t even happen. Next year I know is my last shot to get to the other side , as pushing up takes its toll so much now on my health and sanity. This last month has been really hard for me in a few ways which will unfold to you all soon , it’s left me questioning a lot of things , I was very close to jumping into prep from this weekend just to bury how I feel as I can shut off any and all emotions in a deficit , on tren and with a goal. But I know that’s not wise for my mental health, for anyone around me or for business. So I will likely stick to my game plan of finish this cruise , then re intro gear and let my body normalise before one last small push up before I prep . That puts me at the back end of the year show wise . This post isn’t one asking for “ it’s your year “ , as we have said that on here for the last 2 years and I haven’t delivered. I just wanted to share where my head is at on here. It’s beyond a goal now, succeeding and this year is the be all and end all

    @jordan-peters Jordan what is your opinion of James not competing in Japan ? It s the second contest aceto failed to get James in shape. To not compete being there he has to be way out… to me sounds incredible …James is a monster and genetic gifted to absorb food very well… but WTF??

    Absolutely the worst shape as a pro. He is my favorite new pro and I believe is going to be in the top 6 in the next few years at the mr o. He looked fantastic when he worked with viz last year, and with aceto the technician everybody supposed he would be exploded for the next season.. instead aceto decides to diet him down (worst choice to me…but not only do r me, and the end results spoke by itself) and the plan did not work as expected. This is the truth. The 5th place in Romania doesn’t t mean nothing. We re talking the improved or the best James ever seen. No way
    . I know he wasn’t through the worst period of his life, and that why I think [diet him down a stressed man took him to this condition. Then I did not compete in Japan not because he looks great… hard to say but the only thing that counts in bodybuilding are results on stage….

    We get it you don’t Like Chris just leave it and let the lads get on with the plan of attack . I don’t See how you can judge Chris when he got James a 5 th place on a very short diet, they wanted to learn his body and then grow when his body is at its most responsive. Acetos record speaks for itself period.

    Low dose 50mg tablets that are what they are supposed to be. allow me to run low controlled doses when I feel the need/warrant. Again not something to be used lightly but in normal low dose amounts no more real harmful than stimulants people smash every day potentially better for you in a lot of ways.

    Has Chris set u on 25mg aromasin 3x ew? It sound much to 500mg test or?

    I do a little tho. So I’m not sure I’m reading your post right as it reads higher estro burns fat.
    This is not the case. Higher estrogen makes fat loss more difficult.
    We ideally want to be mid range year round or a touch higher. This is healthy.
    For fat loss tho we want to be on the lower end but never crashed bar maybe running into a show.
    High estrogen makes fat loss harder.

    hey Jordan. iam planning to run oral cycle(debolon & winstrol ) for 12 weeks is it smart move ..& my body weight is 86kgs & my goal is to push to 90plus kgs of muscle tissue you plz tell me the optimal dosage to get most of this cycle

    finn i wouldnt look at either of these – as mentioned im 7.5 and 8.5 weeks out… so not the time to take my foot off the pedal..

    nothing stalling, not run down, just not recovering as well as a few weeks ago IE – sore..
