Honestly mate the amount of time you spend worrying about being on TRT is crazy… multiple questions every day about the smallest anomaly in blood work etc if it’s causing you this much concern just stop taking it!

It’s a question regarding health ?! If evlevated blood counts, headache and high blood pressure I am asking for help, if you ignoring your health that’s your problem [/quote]
It’s not the fact it’s about health it’s the asking multiple questions daily regarding being on trt mate, the stress your putting yourself under won’t be helping. Like I said from what your actually getting from TRT is it worth putting yourself through this? Cons seem to be outweighing the pros exponentially.

I’ve just brought 6 of the prima from Rohm, I’ve been running it for the past 3 weeks and have questioned wether it’s legit. All the pros and look I’m getting seems to be almost from test prop… looking forward to see what comes back mate

Hi mate, just a heads up from my own experience with 2bros they will penalise you for the gyno in the right nipple so do what you can too bring it down, I did win my class but cost me some points because of it. Keep it going!!

Hi mate anything gluten free which covers the carbs should be ok to a degree, for me anything rice based is good to go! As the guys said your protein for me is to low as well, for general purposes you need to be at the least getting 1g protein per lb given YOUR goals you’ve mentioned so try and hit 40 G protein 4 times a day through sources which sit well . JP,s vegan protein is excellent and hits your criteria so check this out if you struggle to find protein powders that don’t sit well.

Great stuff bud with the progress, yeah broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable, basically there higher in fructans which make it harder for you to digest properly. With your digestion problems I would stay well clear. With the oats as well mate which also contain gluten are also going to cause you issues so replace with 70g of ground rice / rice (dry weight).

Cheat meal, get rid of the beans( high fibre) and cut the meat portion too 250 g and the rice too 250 g and just replace the calories with something else you enjoy which isn’t going to cause any issues digestion wise. With the 500-600 cals you’ve taken out have a gluten free muffin etc.

What your doing is working and you are happy so keep it up bud.

Hi mate take out the broccoli and replace with spinach (50g) , replace the oats with ground rice to start with especially being gluten intolerant. Me personally I don’t like the diet at all, I’m not sure what your goals are but if you could give some background we can help a bit more.

Agree with above, it is a struggle but there are a number of exercise that you can add (not as targeted but)…
Cobenhagen’s: side plank position with top leg placed on bench, done either as an isometric or reps. You can hit the different adductors by using either knee or ankle as the contact point with bench.
Sumo stance leg press and also deadlifts.
Cuffed abduction and dare I say is ‘kick backs’ BUT done more at a diagonal angle to better target the glute med. BUT I personally wouldn’t use the cuffs for adduction as they place a LOT of strain on medial knee ligaments (nearly ruined mine after one set).

Class answer mate hope your well!!

It’s mad how this is posted once a week.
So many times this is covered.
They all contain calories n are apart of food. Wether you write them down on paper , tick a box on n app or dam
    Ignore them
Fact is if your tracking food your tracking them
    Some choose to ignore them
    Some don’t
But your body tracks , digests , absorbs n utilises it ALL
    No debate

Sorry mate I actually looked back too and made sure it hasn’t been posted in a while!
