When they say you think your almost ready… then take another 10lbs off and you’ll be there. I would be careful with balancing fullness, with men’s physique you need that shoulder to waist ratio. It seems you’re loosing pop in the upper body and the last thing you want is to diet and loose the body parts. So make sure your managing your training appropriately.

Go home do your research regarding the subject then come back and ask, instead of going down the easy route.

Personally at this point I would add ace at this point if you were to introduce it at the 6 week mark, it would take a couple of weeks for it to get too work. What else are you running currently as it may not even be required especially at a physique beginners class.

Depends on so many factors mate, previous cycles, your body composition and where you wanting to go with your physique. Reasons I’m guessing why test isn’t get pushed with JP is the water retention from test and that he can run higher doses of additional supplements without getting the sides he gets from test. As he says for him it’s overall total gram and what’s the highest he can take of a substance without it becoming an issue and keeping health in check. For me personally with you being 205 lbs then that should easily cover what you are trying to achieve in the off-season. Need to make the most of what you can get away with and eek out as much progress as possible, once you have nailed nutrition / sleep and lifts turn it may be an option to manipulate drugs.

MemberFebruary 25, 2021 at 8:24 am in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationHey guys today was pull and a great session in terms of progression.
We filmed it for the site so I know it will be one to look forward to.
The message at the end is something I’ll mention not and that is about frequency and rest.
I’ve never trained 4 x per week and I’m finding I’m progressing week on week without needing a rest or deload. Typically on a higher frequency split like 2 in 1 off I’d be looking to deload once every 8 weeks for sure so that will be about now as Christmas was the last period of time off.
My thought is and always has been that frequency only matters if the application isn’t conflicted so we need to assess and take note of how quick you’re needing to deload.
You may find that by training less days per week you will actually be more productive and progress more over the course of the year.
Just some thoughts and we will see but I really like this split for now ??I’m 100% going to do the same once I’ve finished the mini cut and have full access to the gym again, in regards to rest days are you now against having pro fat to help with insulin sensitivity? I’m guessing you’ve now switched your attention to carbs on a rest day too aid recovery mate.
I still think pro fat is very good for most people but when you are larger and have more muscle to support there’s only so many fats you can likely digest well.
I just make sure I monitor and control my BG as best I can ??
Yeah was going to say mate and your still lean so it’s not an issue… just listened to podcast with Vizz and he still swears by it regardless of muscle tissue and know you worked with him. I just take what he says with pinch of salt haha -

Very happy with today’s quad session, again I posted it on IG with an example of the heel raised hack
Updates on digestion, body didn’t like the egg or the Greek yog! How fucking annoying is that , so we kept the rest day the same , evenly bumped protein in a training day to 75g / meal , and then took fats up evenly at 2g / meal. So training day looks as follows:
Meal 1 – 75p 85c 22f – 120g tuna steak, 300g fish, 116g oats, 77g pineapple, 36g blueberry , 30g seed
Pre gym – 75p, 75c, 22f – 93g PP, 92g oats, 77g pineapple, 83g strawberries, 36g blueberries, 34g seed
Train – 120g PF
Pwo- 75p, 22f, 125c – 441g fish, 382g potato, 77g pineapple, 36g
blueberries, 36g seeds, 75g oats
Meal – 75p 22f, 90c – 441g fish, 125g oats , 77g pineapple 36g blueberry , 30g seeds
Pre bed – 75p 22f, 90c – 120g tuna steak, 300g fish 125g oats , 77g pineapple 36g blueberry, 30g seeds
This sits perfectly ! Still waiting on a stevia eaa to get another hit of protein during the session , I will just add 25g of eaa when I get it , which will bring my protein total to 400g on a training day again, carbs are 565g direct , 605g including seeds , and fats 110g , that puts me at 5010 cals training day – this is the best my digestion has ever ever ever felt on over 5000 cals ,
I’m hungry for each meal, the lantus really bloody helps with that too, I’m upto 65iu now, tmo I will do 70iu . I will stay on the Lantus only a couple more weeks and then have a break and lower my gh to keep my BG levels ok.
If I can make any more caloric adjustments, it will be a touch more carbs to leg days as the leg press drop sets are pretty insane so I know I can handle a little more carb there, but I have to be super patient and ride this last change out probably 2 weeks and then see where I’m at.
