Iso lateral bench is good
Other two useless so much better other choices
Pull over imo is not effective at all, so much more far more effective ways to trash the lat

Which are your other choices that are better than the hammer low row and pullover?
Pull over is terrible in general
Cybex row
Prime row
Atlantis row
Hi iso row by hammer
Anything but low row or that pull over really, yeah it’s a popular piece of kit I’d get it if you had a huge gym to fill but if your looking for effective it’s not good at all

Which are your top 5 machines to train the upper back?
Juan why is ever question you ask about machines in every one of the athletes logs? It doesn’t matter what they like it’s your body you know what works so what everyone else says is irrelevant… so I don’t understand why you keep reiterating duplicate questions.

Might not be smartest idea I admit that but don’t know who you are so not taking criticism off you, probably warm up with your 1 rep max on most exercises also

Hahaha trying to put me down “I warm up on your max” nice one. Come back to me when you haven’t got gyno happen to be one of the ugliest human beings I have ever seen and finally bring home 200k a year by the age of 23. I’m sure by this point you will still be living with your parents and be riddled in debt as you don’t have the genetics or a brain cell to make any money off this game… prick.

Hi mate I seen on your insta you posted about your hair transplant, how long do you think you’ll be out the gym for. I’ve recently had mine done 2 week post procedure and was told a month heavy lifting. A lot of fitness you tubers who have had it done tended to wait between 1-3 weeks just curious how you are going to approach it? Whether you know anyone who trains in a similar manner who’s had it done. I don’t know anyone so look to YouTube and forums
Honestly mate I’m just going to play it by ear and get back To it when I can. I won’t rush and rush ruining the progress. I’ll listens to my surgeons feedback and take it from there dude, Exciting times though man

So wow today I woke up super full. Super vascular so myself and jordan agreed we should train and carry on while the energy and fuel is there. So smashed a leg session and feel awesome for it. Will smash a delt and arm session tomorrow and then rest Thursday. Then back to usual routine depending on energy and recovery situation. Feel good though and happy I know I’m now slightly out the deficit and it gives me time to come back down and flatten back out to get even harder and drier for the next show on the horizon ?

Regarding mindset mate , is it simply to try and get a pro card at any expense ? How would you expect to fair in a pro show if it’s been this hard to try and get a pro card in the first place… how far are you actually going to push with your age etc

Are you the same guy that commented on my age last time ? These comments strike me as you don’t understand the division at all. An amateur not turning pro doesn’t mean he won’t place in a pro show. Men’s physique isn’t like bodybuilding. I’m ready to step on and compete as a pro. Tyler smith just turned pro last week. He was 37 years old ! Age doesn’t mean anything look at Dexter Jackson. Some people handle age some don’t. I do!!! I don’t look look my age and I’m no where near maxed out in potential.

No I just don’t understand the logic of competing over and over again at any expense. For what a pro card? These guys in the states are mid 30,s and achieved there pro card 5-6 years ago first time. I know the division very very well trust me, best thing I ever did was too actual I take a grip on reality, but each too there own

Cycle is pretty basic diet compounds and nothing out of the ordinary here
1g test prop 1g tren Ace 1g mast prop
100 winny
50 t3
100 t4
Clen will be dropped tomorrow
Gh 6iu per day
No slin

What’s the purpose of the t4 when already using T3?
Also, if you don’t mind me asking, have you ever ran npp and tren together? Could this be done?
Never used npp and tren no buddy, I don’t like the thought of two prolactin elevating compounds being ran together tbh
I’d never use tren in an off season either as it effects your ability to eat which is most important over everything
Gh use down regulates t4 production. You still require both, not just t3.
Yes I understand gh downregulates t4 but t4 is inactive and converted to t3 which is active… that’s why I’m so confused because if your using a synthetic form of t3, why would t4 even be important?
Why are you asking multiple athletes the same question … thick
