Middle peg with everything , this loads the whole range but it’s actually still really hard to lockout , failure will always come once you have got it off your chest and on the way to a lockout , so there is still some really gd overloading the short position without then having nothing in the stretch . I can’t wrap my head around loading the bottom peg and having nothing in the stretch , it just makes zero sense to me when it comes to getting big and strong . Only reason would be if your injured and your shoulders are hammered .
Next set I device the load evenly between middle and top pegs , this overloads the
Stretch a lot and just drops off nicely as you get short because you are now a little fatigued in that position
Next I load 80 percent on the top , 20 in the middle . At this point this feels insane as the load out of the stretch is really heavy but it drops off a lot to be able to squeeze
Final set I loaded everything on the top peg and just destroyed whatever my chest had left
I can’t wait to get prime overhead press machines so I can do the same . The smith is great as it’s an even strength curve so that works well , but it would be nice to have something that could then do the same on the second set of shoulder press where then load the top peg mostly so can lock things out still.
I have someone that has made me a custom pulldown , I am going to ask him to make me a custom tricep press machine also , because same reason, tbe smith is amazing as it’s an even curve, but something that dropped off at that point to lockout is ideal. Again I do not understand AT ALL banding or using chains at this point in a session , it’s 6th set of presses , your triceps are fucked in the lockout , but still have some oomph in the stretch . I actually think the kit game is about to change , the two pieces that I will have custom made are game changers and it won’t take long for people that understand kit to follow suit . 10 years from now, not a single person will want hammer strength upper body kit, I have called it now_________________________________________

Pretty much a failed leg session today
Hamstring wasn’t playing ball so opted for v squat which funnily I hate however it’s the only thing I could do without feeling like my ham was going to pop again.
Felt pretty devastated found my tampon I am ok now, I’ve been through worse. Got stabbed at 3 weeks out in 2017 funnily enough messaged Jordan back then same as I did today got no sympathy carried on with prep just as I am now.

Hey everyone! Deadlift party went down at kings gym official yesterday! Group of us deadlifts more of a social thing than anything. I maxed out at 220kg for a strapless single! Happy with that as deadlift isn’t my thing haha! James went on to do 320kgs for 8. Dudes got some serious issues lol! Then we started with the real back workout with straight arm pull downs as usual. 3/4 rounds here to activate the lats and get warm. First exercise for 2 straight sets was single arm pull downs, moved onto Chest Supported T Bar Rows as we didn’t want to put any stress on the lower back after the deadlifts! Big rest pause set here. Worked at 80kg for this set. Moved onto chest supported high DB rows for the timed multiple rest pause set. Worked at 40kg dumbells here. Moved onto wide cable rows supersetted with V Bar pull downs to the bell button here. 2 sets on each and finished off with wide lat pull downs for 1 set to failure. Chilled most of the evening getting all my meals in. Fasted weight today was 94.3kgs so my weight is actually dropping now and I’ve been getting ALL meals in without fail. Rest day today..

So this is my issue for 2020.
2019 I ran my fertility protocol on a Trt dose of 150mg a week.
Sperm count 10 million
Above average health , motility etc etc
So I presumed coming off would make this even better.
However after 8 months off totally cleans seems I’m worse now.
After speaking to 2 specialists it seems your test level still dictates the health n motility of the sperm.
So I may of actually made things worse purely because my own test has not recovered.

I’ve been reading your log mate and looks like it’s got worse since coming off… I originally decided I should just come off everything and try it that way but may keep on TRT and see what my results are like in a few months time. It’s horrible to see years of hard effort with assistance fading away and that’s something I need to get my head around once I call it a day -

Morning guys! Got up first thing in the hotel this morning up in Derby and had some whey and oats with blueberries and honey for my pre workout meal! Picked up big Tim and headed up to Ultraflex Rotherham! Drank my pre workout carbs and JPRE Stim on the way! Tim was training legs but I was actually due a rest day and I’m training hamstrings with james today so I said I’ll just do some quads with him! Started off with adductor machine for around 4/5 rounds then moved onto hack squats. Atlantis hack… pretty easy if I’m honest in terms of weight. It’s very horizontal compared to the one we have at kings. Managed 6 plates per side for an easy 8 reps (on the unbranded kings hack I can barely do 4 plates for 6!) then backed off to 5 plates after. Leg Extensions next on the menu for 3 rounds then moved onto walking lunges. V squat next facing into the machine for 3 rounds then finished off with some calves! Thoughts on UF Rotherham.. it was OK. The kit isn’t bad it done the job. Huge variety of stuff. Staff and members could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Good session overall. Headed back to derby after for some lunch then hit the road and hooked up with Haider for a little catch up before heading back to London! Got back in London just after midnight had my last meal and showered up and went to bed! Busy weekend got me feeling shattered! Few meals in me today and I’m hitting hamstrings this afternoon! Let’s see if my lower back can take some RDLs! Fasted Weight 92.8kgs
