Morning guys! Got up first thing in the hotel this morning up in Derby and had some whey and oats with blueberries and honey for my pre workout meal! Picked up big Tim and headed up to Ultraflex Rotherham! Drank my pre workout carbs and JPRE Stim on the way! Tim was training legs but I was actually due a rest day and I’m training hamstrings with james today so I said I’ll just do some quads with him! Started off with adductor machine for around 4/5 rounds then moved onto hack squats. Atlantis hack… pretty easy if I’m honest in terms of weight. It’s very horizontal compared to the one we have at kings. Managed 6 plates per side for an easy 8 reps (on the unbranded kings hack I can barely do 4 plates for 6!) then backed off to 5 plates after. Leg Extensions next on the menu for 3 rounds then moved onto walking lunges. V squat next facing into the machine for 3 rounds then finished off with some calves! Thoughts on UF Rotherham.. it was OK. The kit isn’t bad it done the job. Huge variety of stuff. Staff and members could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Good session overall. Headed back to derby after for some lunch then hit the road and hooked up with Haider for a little catch up before heading back to London! Got back in London just after midnight had my last meal and showered up and went to bed! Busy weekend got me feeling shattered! Few meals in me today and I’m hitting hamstrings this afternoon! Let’s see if my lower back can take some RDLs! Fasted Weight 92.8kgs

Was a class session today push was very good and strength was all on point – took some pics post sessions again I’ll post here
Jordan was happy and we’ve added in ephedrine at 60mg per day in two doses – I’m intrigued to see how this improves the look._________________________________________

What T3 level do you look for when using it for baseline vs using it for dieting phase ?

The gyms won’t be reopening any time soon with different regions going into a lockdown so don’t stress

I would stay away at all costs. There is zero money in it unless you have investors with some serious cash. Chain franchises have completely dominated the market and no one can compare with there prices.
What people don’t realise is in a private facility is the amount of hours you have to cover , whether this is working in the gym , social media or classes etc.
If Something breaks you have to repair it if you have to get new kit then this again eats into any profit margins you once had. Then you have staffing issues with getting reliable people who you can rely onto to work for you to cover the hours and no radio into the till etc.
I would seriously avoid at any cost and get a job with security, stable income and pension… I cannot stress this enough.

Good mindset bud I think what I meant to say is that there are lads who are in there early 20 ,s who are getting pro cards first time so how would you fair with these guys in say a few years time… when you are getting into your late 30,s with getting the card after numerous attempts?

As a mindset thing knowing that age is slightly against you with guys at 20 years old getting there pro card such as Josh Coyle with genetics also on there side and being made pro first time ?Do you plan to try and compete against these guys or just get the card?

Good morning everyone! Once again had to cut the pull session short for work! Annoying. Started off with v bar pull downs to the bell button for lower back engagement. 4 sets here. Moved onto chest supported BB rows for 3 sets at around 90kgs then finished off with straight arm pull downs single arm with the rope for 4 high rep sets. Had a German Doner kebab before bed to fuel up for legs in Margate this lunchtime!

Mate why don’t you get up earlier and train then ?seems works interfering with training massively . I’ve only got small pieces of kit – bring it indoors or out and train at 4 am and work from 6 till 8/9pm every day.

I Re read your last 3 pages and want to know your option, what are you thinking of an lower eq plus tren and maybe anadrol cycle for an offseason stack with a good lean starting point? Can it also beneficial the tren eq mix for improve muscle mass or is it better for a diet with lower kcals? So no test in the cycle or is it better with a really small dose of test for sex drive ect.

I have mate for years haha .. it’s probably but 50 lbs of tissue over 5 -6 years so it’s def the best method going ! Just shows it’s good to mix it up now and again it’s just a shame no Olympians have ever used it or will even consider the protocol … that’s until you and Jamie get there ????????[/quote]
Lol this is delayed but just came across it.
Within the training literature volume studies are typically programmed to ensure hypertrophy happens so they put subjects through the ringer. It is completely unsustainable. You might grow more throwing in more volume short term but it sets you up poorly long term.
Now if recovery is bang on, then all of us add in volume just be different means. Add on a rest pause set or drop set, but this is autoregulated at times when we can handle the training increase.
I would much rather have a sustainable training approach that allows overload and less required down time from getting fucked over by to much volume.[/quote]

I must admit a month on from this post the changes have been no where near like they were at the start of the increased volume.
Like you said where does the volume stop … it’s impossible to log any movement successfully when there is no plan on where to progress.
I will definitely go back to log booking and progressive overload, one thing I am going to keep is slightly higher volume on smaller muscle groups and not looking to push weight continuously when they don’t need it.[/quote]
Yeah buddy, I learned the hard way of trying to bump up set volume on compounds and getting run into the dust or worse injured.
We are always looking for optimal, but if the log book is moving well damn that is optimal ride it out, keep doing the same thing. Train hard brotha![/quote]
Yeah we’ve all done it mate. I think my biggest issue previously with lower volume was pushing for numbers instead of using the muscle. It’s all good squatting 6 plates but if the only place you feel it is your back , knees and hips not really going to get much stimulus! Looking forward to seeing you compete again buddy kill it -

At that carb amount I would think slin is a must for health as well as progress.

Add a 7th meal in.
Add a during the night shake when you wake to pee.
Add regular free meals – all you can eat sushi , burger n fries etc. What works best for your body.
Lots you can do from here.
Increase jasmine rice to 300g per portion. Switch pasta for rice as it’s much easier to
Digest.
Add sauces like sweet chilli etc._________________________________________

Hi Jamie, you eat a lot of meat daily..which is not easy to digest and very filling.. Imo a little bit too much, I would reduce the amount a little bit and maybe add an shake in between meals or for pre workout, as example with rice milk, whey, fruits, instant oats and almond butter or coconut oil
I would also double the fats in Meal 2 and Meal 6 if more calories are needed !_________________________________________

I didn’t think 3 meat meals was a lot to be fair ? Meal 2 has 45 g fats in too so the more fat I add in the worst digestion is! Just a nightmare carbs are at a 1000 g per day haha
