If they aren’t reopening pubs outdoors until the 4th July then gyms will be well after more like September

Hi mate I believe it’s 230 lbs for the pros at that height and that was in 2017 … I think it will probably have been raised again.
I think you would clean up in classic if it would ever be a possibility in the pro ranks. Especially with the new muscle you have mate.

Hi mate if you were to get pro in the super heavies would you drop down into classic given the increased weight limit? Thinking how far you would have to push with health and genetic factors to catch up to James and Nathan de asha for example ?

Checked in with myself today. Body weight is 238.6lbs so a little drop which will be some water weight. This always happens when I use gear. Spike in weight due to water then drops off. No changes to food as need to see out this period until gyms open whilst on a low dose of test and then push up from there.
Great session this morning. All lifts progressed by weight and/or reps. Looking forward to getting back to the regular gym so I can progress other movements I’m not able to do right now.

Hi mate hope your well … quick one I have a similar job being a broker.Do you not find training before work completely zaps you for the rest of the day ( more so pull , legs) and then can’t fully function at work? I would train on a night but I’m still making calls until 7-8 pm as I guess you are too!

Hi mate just a heads up as of midnight it will be illegal for two people from different household to be in the same building / house and facility as of tonight . It’s been passed through Parliament under regulation 7 so anyone caught will be arrested. May want to let Jamie know

Fucking hell, stick your tampon in and fuck off out this thread. If you don’t like what folk are doing..don’t read it. I sense a snakey little grassbag.

Haha Mark your language speaks for itself in regards to intellect on the situation. Obviously you don’t understand it and probably another idiot to why this country is the way it is.

Hi mate if the person makes a living from the sport they have to be going through an elite development pathway” there are different sections to each point as you go down. I thought you do online coaching too , anyway enough just trying to help !

Hey bud stick your reading glasses on….
    Please read carefully.
If you earn a living from the sport you are classed as an elite level athlete.

Yes … then read down if you derive a living from the sport then it has to be through a pathway through an authorised governing body i.e the olympics.
The elite sportsmen has to be going through a certified body, which unfortunately the IFBB is not [/quote]
Seperate paragraph bud…. it’s not all linked into one separate points

Hi mate parts of that specific section are all interlinked , once you go onto section 6 etc that then goes into a different topic.
I’m literally just trying to stop you getting in trouble. As well you guys the cameraman will also be potentially getting into bother, which i don’t want as I love the site. I’m in this sector and it just takes one jealous individual to ruin everything that’s all ! Have a good night

Also with the link you sent mate it states the sport has to be affiliated with an official sporting body ie. someone who is in the Olympics or plays in the Premier league. Even if you were a pro bodybuilder for example it does come under any governing body or approved by an affiliation so is not classed as an elite sport… just heads up before the videos are released mate !
