    Hi mate just a heads up as of midnight it will be illegal for two people from different household to be in the same building / house and facility as of tonight . It’s been passed through Parliament under regulation 7 so anyone caught will be arrested. May want to let Jamie know

    Push day today and jay from magic eye media came to film me and the giant. Since the lockdown restrictions were lifted me and Jamie have been training and having great sessions. Some people may agree or disagree all I know is that this is pretty much my whole life and I will do what ever it takes to get me to my goals. Annnyyywwayyyy…. push was solid and it should be on the site very soon. A new prep low this morning of 250lbs and definitely starting to feel more empty which I have been waiting for. Also my waist seems to be finally playing ball and is tighter in the AM with vacuums getting better to hit during daily practice. Few more weeks and I should be in a good spot from here.

    Eases not lifted on Sunday When people were allowed to meet 1 person from another household and have unlimited exercise.
    In 3 days this will increase to people from different households

    The law is that you can do unlimited exercise outdoors not in a gym … in the next three days you will be able to meet family members outdoors for a short period as discussed today in parliament … if you can send the link through for the unlimited access to a gym with one person send it through as I deal in this sector mate

    Ok so, check in

    249lbs this week
    Last week: 248.2lbs
    Nice slight increase.
    I’ve got the hiccups again, this will last maybe a couple days. It’s swollen up my midsection, so pics were off.
    Game plan is 5 full days rest, rest day diet and 6k steps. Much needed,
    I don’t want to see the inside of a gym right now.
    I was going to train legs today then rest onwards but not getting good sleep last night and having the hiccups… lets just rest.
    I don’t feel good for it. Trying to squat high rep sets with the hiccups isn’t ideal. Food feels high, like everytime I hiccup it will Come up.
    It would be a shit session, no want to train whatsoever.
    The rest is in part due to my knee also to give it time to heel, so that will be a solid rotation rest.

    Blood pressure is the likely Cause.
    I’ve seen this on a few.
    I can’t honestly say if it’s a huge worry or worry at all as I believe it’s something to do with capillaries etc.
    However It would defo be a cause for concern to investigate.
    I would start tracking BP – waking , pre n post training.
    I would get bloods done.

    Huge fan of your physique, first time commenting on your board. I had a question regarding your Side Delt Volume, I noticed you do a good amount of working sets each week for them. Do you happen to tapper your volume up or down at all? Or is it a consistent 12-16 Working Sets every week?

    Hey buddy. Thank you man. Appreciate the kind words. I don’t buddy. I keep it all the same. I had a phase in 2018 of lowering volume as I got close to show but last 2 preps I’ve kept everything the same as recovery has been on point.
    Sad day. Legs and I’ve hurt the adductor again. Rushed back and done too much too soon. So means another week off and will get on the bpc and tb. Did it on smith squats. Just going to heavy too soon. The only thing that doesn’t hurt weirdly is the hack so will slowly start back and stay on that for a while when I’m strong enough too. Right now walking is v painful.
    Check in went well. Weights up 97.8kg which was a little alarming but Jordan is very happy. So I’m happy. Bloods are taking time to get back due to covid which is annoying as fuck as I just wanna get that sorted and progress or whatever the case may be

    Hi James, 100% the stress factor plays a big issue! So much more rest is available also. Much easier to keep food timings on point etc. I also do love using a bit more volume in my training. I am missing certain machines from the gym but making do with what I have! So you decided to keep your cycle the same? What are you currently using? I dropped to TRT soon as the lock down happened.

    Hi mate !

    Yeah i kept on the same cycle I was going to drop down to TRT to be honest , with hot having access to the normal amount of kit or weight I’m used too. But thought I’d give the higher volume a try with intensity techniques on the same cycle and it’s worked wonders. TBH mate I use know where near the amount I used too when I was competing at a high level so my cycle now is 750 mg test E pw and 600 EQ … really I would use something else instead of the EQ but I haven’t got in with NPP or tren and can’t get my hands on quality primo. Luckily i don’t really hold much water so I’m lucky in that respect. What’s your current situation bud ?

    The guys have nailed it tbh bro. Any type of training will work, imo low or high volume for most people what it comes down to is your ability to execute the exercises perfectly with good tut and rom.
    Also the extra recovery and ability to train when you want with minimal stresses will be doing you wonders my man ????
