    Hello kuba mate how many different injection sites do you use personally? Mostly using glutes and side delts and even subq if on trt dosages but a have seen people speaking about quads back and rear delts. A have seen a few things on YouTube for quads but wondering if there is anything to get videos or guides on how to do these injection sites

    Are you running GH?

    Have you had any booodwork and checked Hba1-c?

    I would add TBJP in fasted pre cardio

    2 caps + 3-500mg L-carnitine

    Then 2 caps insure with 2 highest carb meals possibly pre and post.

    Assess this after a week.

    Then you could implement 500mg metformin pre bed.

    I don’t think the Lantus is needed just yet….

    No mate no gh. 150mg test enanthate just now that’s all.

    Ok a will give that a try and see how it goes an ordered insure earlier so will add that once it arrives.

    Last 2 readings have been 5.4 and 5.3. First time a have checked in around 4 weeks and it was 4.2.

    Carb intake is 440g training day and 390 non training day.

    Pretty lean just finished a 16 week fat loss 5 weeks ago.

    Cardio is also 5×25 mins per week

    You mean do what we haven been doing for past 4/5 years ?

    Guys try to over complicate something super simple

    Take what you can tolerate with testosterone dose

    Make up rest of your needed total MG with compound you like and Have the least sides with

    Take Gh alongside of it for some synergy

    Use insulin as needed based of food intake

    Kuba what would signs be of what you can tolerate testosterone wise would this be going off blood markers and how you generally feel or is there other signs you should look out for mate?

    to me this does not make alot of sense if im honest.

    I get the looking to rinse the most out of doses etc so considering a reduced dose.

    However if you used 300mg test to cut on then using less than this moving to a growth phase and barely over TRT seems backwards.

    If your wanting to use the least possible while still actually seeing the benefits of taking drugs then I would be atleast moving to 300mg of test and likely with 100mg mast or primo.

    Im all for getting the most out of the least however im not into taking drugs and risking the negative effects without seeing a positive that is worth the balance. So I would want to see the dose at 400mg total IMO based on what you have done so far.

    Of course you can go in at 250mg and titrate up from there, you can do anything you wish but the above is my opinion based on ifnroamtion.

    GH – 2iu per day will possibly help keep you a tad leaner and have some health benefits/recovery benefits over the long term. So there is a benefit and if funds allow then makes sense to run

    All good mate so in your opinion go 300 test and another 100 compound. Then make changes from there when needed. Also as my peak dosage last time was 1000mg combined would you need to push higher than this the next time? Only done this a few times so since joining here trying to get as much opinions from more experienced people and then make decisions from there

    I’d have Cream of Rice, Whey, berries and small amount of coconut oil for your pre meal, Cyclic dextrin, or ideally Sustain which has additional electrolytes, started on the way and during your session, EAAs mid session and either Cream of Rice, Whey and banana post or a whole food meal.

    Make sure you hydrate well when you wake. Hydration is very important when training first thing.

    I would also make sure your pre bed meal before a training day is carb heavy.

    Thanks Clare. A have performance fuel and eaa from tbjp for intra. What’s the benefits of having coconut oil a have never added that into meal plan ever? Pre post and pre bed meals more carbs and then the rest levelled out
