Jaysus I am tired after the last 3 on!

I dipped back under 270 after ydays session , but I’m defo not surprised with how that session was , I have 3 new pieces of glute machine in that we are working on for made from granite , they are the first prototype , like how we adjusted the chest press and hyper a few times to make better in as many ways as we can. They LIT my glutes up , I’m so buzzing with the glute gains the last 18 months , as I have been doing 6-10 sets additional glute work every session and that makes the sessions that extra hour in length and a bit brutal, so yday :

    Single leg seated ham 3 sets x 7 x 5 x 4
    Hamstring hyper 2 sets x 5 x 4
    Leg press 3 sets x 7 x 6 x 4
    Leg ext 3 x 6 x 7 x 4
    Split swuat 1 set x 5
    Glutinator 2 sets x 5 x 7
    Kneeling hip thrust 2 sets x 5 x 6
    Standing hip thrust 2 sets x 5 x 5
    Kickback 2 sets x 5 x 5
    Ab 3 sets x 6 x 5 x 5

I Ittp and dada came in very handy for that, as I know that’s a big session but you literally are not getting retarded glutes unless you hammer them , which I want and I am doing

I’m curious to see the glute machines Granite will be bringing out. Is the resistance profile adjustable on any of the pieces ?

I would highly advise two rotations on U/L just to lengthen your progressive runway . Your session looks decent .

    Upper

    Hammer fly x2

    Hammer Incline x1

    Hammer shoulder press x1

    Dip x1

    Hammer lat pulldown SA x2

    Arsenal t bar X 1-2

    Hammer lat raise SAx2

    Tri extx2

    Hammer rear delt x 2

    Lower

    Hammer preacher x 2-3

    Arsenal pendulum x 2

    Cybex leg press x 1

    Hammer seated leg curlx2

    Hammer leg ext SLX2

    Hammer abductorx2

    Hyper ext. x2

    Calf press x2

How would you structure the second session? Also just curious as to why no second lat movement? I think apart from that it makes sense I want to do the leg press SL because of imbalances I have? What do you also think about throwing my seated leg curl and leg ext first in the set?

The second session would be exactly similar movements to the first session, just different machines . For example
    Cable fly
    Smith high incline
Dumbbell shoulder press or a different machine
    Machine dip
    Cable lat pulldown
    Dumbbell chest supported row
    Cable lateral raise
    Machine tricep extension
    Cable rear delt .

If I was to put a second lat movement I’d opt for a horizontal pull like a seated row machine or cable row . And yes definitely add a unilateral leg press if you have imbalances . I really like knee bends before my compound work so definitely I’d go

    Preacher curl
    Seated ham curl
    Leg extension
    Arsenal pendulum
    Leg press
    Hypers
    Calves[/quote]

Makes total sense thank! I will run this into the ground.

Not sure If I should do the cybex leg press SL instead of the hammer strength one ? Thoughts?

Push day was excellent, weight trending back down a touch so will asses over next few days and see. On average we are up so keen on seeing tomorrows fasted shots and Pwo shots from Friday
    249.8 yesterday & 249.4 today
Push was perfect small progression taken and same on legs

    2 lateral
    2 incline smith
    2 flat press
    2 cable fly
    2 behind back lateral
    2 push down

    1 bicep rehab
    3 leg curl
    2 leg ext
    2 calf
    2 leg press
    2 single ham curl

Curious why you are doing calf work in the middle of your session, are they a priority for you this offseason?
