Thank you both! How often would you wear in an off season just to keep waist tight (shrinking this is needed for me during this odd season, or at least as much damage control as possible).
Was thinking about wearing during fasted cardio and then a couple of hours in the day whilst working (office job), any good?

You look great man. I’d say classic is for you but you’ll need a bit more muscle coming from MP, especially in the quads, but the shape is there

So I always go top end of the ‘normal range’ to ensure I’m maxed out
