Thanks, some are quite dry though, for example when I add anavar I don’t see the scales move over then next few days, but when I’ve added anadrol previously I’ve seen scales go up by 3lb over night.
I guess I was wondering where Tbol would stand from this perspective

I just smashed a leg session, 15-20 reps on everything followed by an epsom salt bath, let’s see how they are in the morning lol

Myself and a handful of my clients are using medicare 200iu kits and getting great results, to me it seems pretty much the same as any pharma I’ve used over the years!

Ive been recomping so was still using lantus, but im getting pretty lean now, maybe not lean enough to introduce yohim yet, i guess maybe ill pull the lantus as my food gets lower and then i can think about adding the yogim. So defintiely no lantus in a deficit?

Thanks Hilly, I would never disregard what Dr Dean says, or you for that matter. Trouble is I can’t remember exactly what was said I just have something in my head that tells me he mentioned once it can stop health supps working. Something along the lines of creating a bolus in the intestine which can prevent supps getting through. I’m sure it was around 2 hours you should leave health supps either side of PH. I can’t remember for sure.
