Thanks guys. I might be over thinking it then.
Ryan I’m not prepping at the moment just cutting body fat, I’m not really ‘using insulin for a cut’, I just use a little bit of rapid when I have my high days, so I’ll shoot for 5k cals plus a cheat meal on these days and add around 6iu pre and post as they’re my biggest meals for the day.
Do you guys think this is a problem then?

This scenario occurs maybe once every 1-2 weeks when I’m given a high day.

Yeah agree, but as Kuba thinks it’s definitely worth it I’ll continue. I just pin mine in quads with a slin pin.

Hes a great guy and supplies full rohm and medicare. I’m using medicare currently and rate it highly. I’m sure he supplies a few on here, please tell me if not allowed to do this, I’m relatively new here so sorry if upset anyone.

Hi @Jordan_peters , have you always trained arms like this – where you alternate between bicep/tricep throughout the session? I’ve always thought it might be more beneficial to complete one and then start the other.
I’d be curious to know if you think alternating can be more beneficial or whether it’s just your preference
