Id just say you want to keep an eye on BG throughout the day, try take readings 1 hour pre each meal and also at meal timings, If youre back down around 4.5-5.5 at these 2 times then you’re good to go. If these readings become too high you could look to increase lantus, but im no expert!

@Hilly how were you timing your orals bud? I was doing var 50mg around 2-3 hours pre workout

Rohms orals are literally bang on! 3.5lb up in 1-2 days on their anadrol and I was in a deficit

Prepare COR night before, set in fridge over night and add toppings before you eat.
Frozen berries and dark choc can go in the night before no issue, just banana I’d avoid putting overnight

Yeah go with the flavours you like the sound of, as it will come down to personal preference. With that said, all flavours are spot on to what they say they are and all are amazing.
1. Blueberry muffin

I defintiely reccomend TBJP ‘Join in’, one of the few supplements that actually does what it’s supposed to do

25 mins at level 7 is very moderate, thats not HIIT at all. You can do this year round 7 days a week and if providing you’re getting adequate food & sleep I see no reason why this would impact anything. I’ve done more cardio than that every day for full year off seasons and gained over 10lbs stage weight each year.

Thank you all so much, I done 2 days cold turkey and I felt like a complete zombie, couldn’t even work, so done yesterday and this morning 50mg and felt better, tomorrow I will try to cut out again completely and see if I can complete 7 days 0 caffeine as I’d really like to make the most of this phase trying to resensitise! Thanks as always guys

I know everyone is different and I wasn’t really asking what I should do, hence the way i worded it, I was just curious as to how everyone else approaches these scenarios! Thank you all so much
