Thanks Sas! Love to get your opinions on here.
I run a typical 6 day bro split, what i was thinking is adding some ‘top up’ back work to my hamstring day at the tail end of the week, so back would be hit say Tuesday & Friday or Tuesday & Saturday.
Are these ‘top ups’ enough to see better development? I could add 3-4 back movements to my hamstring day without impairing recovery I believe, as I don’t do tons of volume on hamstring day

But thanks appreciate your opinion on it, how about your training? I feel like I want to train but I know I need a break. Was thinking of doing 3x sessions out of the 10 days, like upper/lower/upper (the gym here facilitates that). Keep some RIR and not push it too hard, and swap my normal cardio for some treadmill walking.
I just like to know how we all differ, I know some like to get a complete mental and physical break, some like to keep things regimented, some float in between..
So how would we all approach our holidays?
