    I pull cardio out on high days purely because you’re actively trying to replenish glycogen, so it makes no sense to actively try and burn more glycogen at the same time. Just get the carb amounts right.

    However I will say this, my NEAT does tend to go up on high days due to just having more energy. So more steps, less sitting around, more house work etc. I do find NEAT always goes up when food is higher.

    3-4iu daily, initially you’ll get all of the normal sides from GH. Hands swelling, pins & needles, improved sleep, more fullness, faster hair & nail growth.

    Overall your physique just looks better.

    Its a very strong anti inflammatory, I love it. However I’ve only used it for joint pain, probably still worth a shot

    It all depends on the time you have between eating that meal and training, fats will slow down the digestion.

    I always advise/prescribe around 5g added fat to a pre workout meal, providing its a lean protein source being used.

    10g is fine if you’re pushing calories, but if trying to limit cals and fats, 5g is adequate. Usually from oil, nut butter etc

    Rohm used to have black caps, but it was being faked so the whole labelling of he product changed. The white tops are the legitimate Rohm, any black caps floating about at this point are fake.
