I’d say anavar can bring around some really good benefits towards the end of a prep.
You have the cheaper option of winstrol but it won’t bring around the same fullness or strength in my opinion bud

I would never use a drug because of poor adherence, this creates real bad habits. If you think adherence is going to be an issue then there’s a huge amount of things you can do before using a drug.
1) keep cardio in
2) bring food straight back up to maintenance or above (I’d go slightly above)
3) incorporate foods you enjoy to satisfy you
4) be a bodybuilder and have some will powerAt very most you could introduce 40mcg clen BUT that is after you have exhausted the above.

This is why I asked the question mate, but you responded carbs are carbs.. so now I’m thinking anything with carbs in it will blunt? Does anyone else know more specific info on this please?

@kuba1000@hotmail.co.uk I know bagels are dense and fill you up, but to get the same carbs from 2 bagels I’d need around 115g COR and that seems more volume in my stomach, which is why I asked the question bud

Exactly what Jordan said. The adductor machine is your best friend here, hit them hard, heavy and intense the same way you’d hit anything else. I see a lot of guys skip these out but I also see the guys that do it treating it like a warm up. Hit them hard.
Just to echo Jordan again too, wider stance on squats and leg presses will also help.
I find a pause in the hole helps here too, and also with the adductor machine a pause in the contraction and a big stretch on the eccentric.
