    Well I guess some fat burners (the illegal ones) all work in a certain way, not just increasing energy right?

    The likes of clen and yohimbine I’m thinking about

    So I didnt know if CV burn was just mainly for the caffeine boost pre cardio or if there was something in it that lends itself more to fat burning

    With everything said above, on reflection I don’t think this is a very good leg day set up for someone trying to bring their legs up.

    Is this how you’ve always trained your legs? I only ask because if they’re weak (in comparison to the rest of you), then continuing this training isn’t going to better them.

    I don’t think really that exercise order makes a huge difference, I’d say exercise selection and execution is what you want to be thinking about the most.

    I’d also look to increase your volume here as this is fairly low volume, especially for a weak muscle group and also especially for legs. However with that said I don’t know how often you’re doing this, whether you’re natural or not, how much you’re eating and how you’ve been training legs prior to this. Could you provide some more data?

    Look really good man, a whole lot of potential here. First cycle too, really impressive. I think you’re in a position to continue pushing up for sure.

    If you’re gaining weight too quickly you could just oull carbs back a touch, but I don’t think you need to make any major adjustments from the way you’re looking currently.

    You’re going to recruit/damage way more fibres with your heavy pressing movements, however they both have their place. Luckily, we don’t have to choose one or the other, so just execute them both accurately and hard.
