fast acting slin pre cardio is so stupid ? who is your coach and does he understand how novo (im assuming ) works… Cardio can cause a huge drop in blood sugar in some a little in others but that could be brutal while using Fast acting, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤣
