Top set weight 200kg
-
What is she doing to warm up for them, and what’s her top set working weight? Also what is her split?
she warms up on the exercise with lower weights, split is full body eod, with very minimal upper exercises (like 3-4 total) and 1-2 exercises for each muscle group in lower body.

Thanks for all the answers! Everything’s clear now 🙂

How long have you done this set up ? Are you managing to recover from the SLDL ?
About 2 months, yes I recover no problem

It depends how accurate you want to be with every variable and whether you are bodybuilding competitively or as a hobby.
You can still make great progress eating intuitively and training hard, but it will be difficult to track progress meticulously if you are doing different things each day.
Scale weight isn’t the only indicator of progress either.
I spent years tracking everything whilst I was competing, and although I still keep to a structured diet plan for the majority of the time, I’m now more flexible with social events and am more in tune with my body and react to feedback.
I know when I need to eat more or less, depending on how I feel, scale weight, performance etc, so intuitive eating can be done, but my main goal isn’t building muscle and hitting pbs anymore. I’ve switched my focus to being as fit and healthy as I possibly can, whilst feeling comfortable in my physique.
It really depends on your own personal goals.
Yeah I asked because I just started a diet phase, and I got my answer. Will track. I just need to figure out my macros because not gonna lie its just the beggining and im hungry AS F

I mean if you’re struggling to eat in a diet I’d look to pull back on the protein which can keep you sitting fuller for longer,
Pull it back like 20g distribute those extra calories with carbs and see if that helps appetite and digestion
Focus on getting lean and hungry the small drop in protein will be fine for the extra carbs
And more cost effective too win win
I worded it wrong, what I meant is that I’m not struggling with hitting 2500 cal goal but rather hitting 250g of protein within that goal – like for example I often have the limit of 2500 calories but like 190g of protein

And current steps / cardio ?
I would do 16 weeks
And what weekly rate of loss would be good?
-
I get about 8-10k daily, no cardio except for that due to time as I’m running the full body routine
-
Current macros ? I would diet really slow too
How long do you think I should give myself to achieve that?
